He was alive. And he was calling me.

I can wake up?” I murmured, my voice quivering with an emotion I couldn’t even begin to understand,which only added to my confusion.

the computer-like voice said from nowhere. "What are you talking about?" I didn't sign up for this? right? "Remember the last moment before you died?" I can't help but raise my eyebrow. "Oh? So, I indeed died?" It didn't need to clarify that fact, it just unconsciously confirmed my question Intelligence Entity: "..." "I'm dead, right?" As far as I remember, I died. "Not really. Your body is dead together with your world but your soul is very much alive." I remain alert as I asked again, "Why did you call me like that? Host letter-number thingy?" Is it a thing now? Calling someone strange names?

I stood there for hours, praying to die. Until my neighbor, Mr. Collins, came in the morning to look for Jack. I don't remember exactly what happened. I remember waking up the next day in the hospital. I hated the fact that I was still alive and Jack didn't. I wanted to die more than anything. They had killed my whole life. One shot changed everything. One night changed my life completely. It took more than 6 months before I was able to shake off the incident. I had nightmares every night.

Even stretching is hard. I lay there for a while before realization hit me like a bus. Well, a bus has not hit me, and I never want to experience it, but ya’ll get my point. I’M ALIVE!! HAH! I’m too pretty to be gone in this world. I don’t know whether I should be happy because I really thought that I was going to die. I don’t even know what to do now. I don’t have afterlife plans. Wait, so if I died in that world, then… AM I BACK?!
