I laughed, feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment. "I know, right?" I said. "I couldn't believe it myself. He's still got it, that's for sure."
Claus raised an eyebrow. "Still got what?" he asked.
I grinned mischievously. "His charisma, of course," I said. "I mean, the man is still falling for women half his age. That's impressive, if a little sad."
Claus chuckled, shaking his head. "Yes, my father is certainly a unique individual," he said. "But I have to admit, I'm a little surprised that he fell for you so quickly. You're not exactly the type of woman he usually goes for."
