Rising Of The Dark Luna: A Tale Of Revenge & Redemption

Rising Of The Dark Luna: A Tale Of Revenge & Redemption

“I just…needed answers.” “Answers to what?”, he asked. His voice wasn’t cold, just old, calm, welcoming u may add, like it had been a tool in delivering truths for a long time. I swallowed hard, unsure of what to say, “Why I feel the way I do, why I feel like I am going mad every time I try to be normal, why there is something inside me that I can’t explain or control.” The man blinked once, then again, and in a slow, but deliberate motion, he walked past me, brushing his fingers across the edge of the shelf like he was hearing from them rather than looking through the books.

The Bookstore Temptation

The Bookstore Temptation

Somewhere in the city—several stories above, in a steel and glass building—Julian Blackwood lay in his dark, sleek bedroom, staring at the book she had given him. He'd never intended to keep it. When Lena Carter had offered it to him—those gentle words, that thoughtful crease between her eyebrows—he'd intended to refuse. But something in her eyes had taken away his intention. It was neither flirting nor pretense. It was genuine. Silent. Generous. He hated kindness. It broke things open. Julian gazed down at the book. The cover was unadorned, the title in gold print: *A Man Called Ove*. He remembered Lena's words:

The Art of Jessica Jane

The Art of Jessica Jane

Too many lives altered by a single man. For a long moment neither spoke. Then Henri surprised her. "Do you know what frightens men like Philippe most?" Jessica looked up. The old man smiled faintly. "Being ordinary." The answer wasn't what she expected. Henri settled back against the pillows. A thoughtful expression crossing his face. "People like him spend their lives convincing themselves they're special." A pause. "Powerful." Another. "Untouchable." The old man glanced towards the folders. Towards the evidence. Towards the voices finally coming together.

Love was when I loved you

Love was when I loved you

but one fine day the whole situation turned upside down as that day it was almost about to rain heavily as the thunderbolts started shuttering among the clouds and even I too decided to go home early as I now people were not coming for buying the books and so putting lock on my shop I started walking but only after few steps I came across a book which was thrown in the dustbin outside my nearby shop which was of hardware The book was too fascinating to be repulsed, and so I just picked it up from the garbage and took it to my house just to have look at it And that day I was very much depressed as within just one week I was deciding to shut down my publishing house as it wasn't running proper

At Break Time

At Break Time

I know it's not healthy, but it's a gimmick I can't ignore. The title is: Randomness: tales of an ordinary girl. HM, OK. Let's go. “I'm Moniquinha, an ordinary girl. Even if you don't relate, it's okay. You may be an exception, a bright person, a special girl. And that's the amazing thing about it all: being different. Because, like I said, I'm pretty ordinary. And from the height of my normality, this book of randomness was born. Small texts, from short stories to chronicles, with experiences and bitterness; reflections and hope.

Bound To The Alpha King

Bound To The Alpha King

"I want this book to remember everyone." "The midwife who delivered children during the war." "The farmer who shared his harvest during the famine." "The teacher who reopened the first village school." "The blacksmith who forged tools instead of weapons." He looked around the room. "A kingdom is never built by heroes alone." His words settled deeply into the hearts of every student present. One young girl slowly raised her hand. "Will there be room for ordinary people?" Cassian smiled. "My dear..." He closed the book carefully. "Those are exactly the people it was made for."

Dumping My Ex to Flash Marry the Untouchable CEO

Dumping My Ex to Flash Marry the Untouchable CEO

The man let out a cold snort. “What, has the world become this overbearing now? Even the way I speak and act is being controlled?” “If that’s the case, then I’d like to ask—do ordinary people like us even have a way to survive in this world?” “In other words, do we still have any rights left?” The man looked completely ordinary. But as he spoke, he kept raising his arm, shouting with intensity. And just as he claimed, everyone there was an ordinary person. It wasn’t easy for people like them to get ahead.

Lin Wilkerson
Book has good qualities, yet I find myself skipping parts of it because it becomes boring and drags. I Love that you are updating 6 or more chapters daily, but I would like this book finished with an awesome ending. Also, when will Lucas's identity be revealed? It's at 476 chapters and counting.

Currently I am losing interest in reading this book because of so much unnecessary dragging of the storyline. Plus Lucas' character is losing the charm and power it held at the start. Aurora and Lucas are now becoming the side characters in their own story.

My Husband Is An Open Book

My Husband Is An Open Book

“Even after marriage, there are still men coming to my door and eyeing my wife. It is infuriating and irritating. Why isn’t Harriet saying anything? Surely she can tell that I am a little jealous?” I was once again stunned by what I heard. After walking for some time, Zachary finally stopped and turned to look at me. “Is that man very close to you? Don’t linger at the gate speaking with outsiders in the future.” Then another thought followed, full of resentment and dissatisfaction. “She and I have never spoken for that long before.” I stared at him in bewilderment, unable to make sense of him. Was he not supposed to be a man ruled by his appetite, one who found every pretty woman irresistibl

The Man in the Past

The Man in the Past

In the picture, Harold was listening intently to a doctor in a white coat, while Jacob sat obediently beside him. Susan's face was only half visible in the corner of the frame, but she was smiling brightly. The caption read. "I thought I'd hit rock bottom, only to realize a new path was waiting just ahead. I'm so lucky that you're always here." I thought I'd be angry when I saw the post. Yet, to my surprise, I felt nothing. It felt like I was observing two strangers who no longer had any connection to me. I liked the post and commented, "Such a lovely family. Congratulations."

The Man I Once Refused

The Man I Once Refused

Loss. She remembered the young man he had been laughing beneath the apple trees at her father’s estate in Kent, his coat undone, his hair catching the sun. He had spoken of dreams then, wild ones, of building something lasting in a world that offered him nothing. And she foolish, frightened Amelia had turned him away, fearing his ambition more than she feared loneliness. Now he had everything he’d ever wanted. And she was the fugitive. A shout broke the silence behind her. She froze. Voices. Torches flickered far down the road too many to be travelers.
