I hissed losing my temper with both him and the wretched sunflowers. "Sorry little miss angsty," he grumbled quietly. "What's got your panties in a twist?" "You." A few seconds later we finally reached the edge of the field and escaped the claws of the sunflowers. I looked up as I wiped the sweat from my brow to come face to face with a slender, tall woman. She was thin and bony but muscular and strong too. Her dead straight brunette hair reached the end of her spine and her harsh piercing dark eyes remained fixated on the two of us. Her skin was smooth over the pointed features of her face and she wore a serious, motionless expression. I'd put her around forty give or take a few years.

Mullberry repsonded with a soft smile. I sat there quietly as Ms. Winter slowly rolled of my pant leg, a small gasp left each of our mouths as we took in the sight of my injury. My eyes felt like they were going to pop out their sockets as I stared and the gruesome colors. The darkest purple I have ever seen mixed with blackish blue covered my usual creamy skin as it looked like someone had placed a grapefruit inside my knee.

I lied, well it's technically the truth. "Ain't you gonna get your lunch?" Angel asked. "I'll get it for her since she seems tired. What do you want?" Hottie asked and I told him. He got up and left to get our meals. Looking at them, I could see the slight resemblance. They both had jet black hair and adorable dimples but while Hottie had hazel eyes, Angel had silver eyes and a lip ring. "I'm sure you're now convinced I'm not an Angel?" He smirked.

Her eyes go to Gray, then back to me, as if she’s picked up on our exchange. “I can teach you a few moves, if you wanna catch up?” I offer Hannah, waggling my eyebrows. I’m just kidding around, but she’s not amused. “Fuck off,” Hannah mumbles, folding her arms across her chest and kicking the ground. Vienna and I exchange wide-eyed glances, both clearly feeling like Hannah’s overreacting, but we don’t poke the bear anymore. Gray steps forward, and my attention returns to him in laser-focus. He’s so damn sexy, with his perfectly tanned skin and his broad shoulders. He’s got a five o’clock shadow of stubble on his jawline, which only adds to his rugged appeal.

Grey replied with a grin. Zyrielle Grey De Elleonor, or simply Grey, was the most handsome among their group. The youngest of three siblings, he was the son of a businessman and a famous actress. Grey possessed a face that could rival myths, with gentle eyes, a perfectly shaped nose, and slightly rosy lips that caught attention wherever he went. Blue held the middle part of his body. “Damn. He glanced around, awaiting a response. Gamma Jannel is a captivating figure, a black she-wolf with a long, lean build that carries just the right amount of muscle. Her short Afro hair accentuates her strong, chiseled facial features that convey both authority and elegance. She bears a striking resemblance to the iconic Grace Jones, rarely smiles, and is continually absorbed in her work. Her presence commands respect and often gives chills to those who encounter her.
