“Keep this up and she’ll quit.” Alex’s reply is a growl. “She won’t quit. She can’t.” My hand tightens on the banister. David speaks again, softer this time. “You’re still thinking about it, aren’t you? The crash.” My heart stumbles. Alex’s voice becomes colder than I’ve ever heard it. “It wasn’t an accident.” The words slam into me. David exhales sharply. “You can’t know that.” “I do know,” Alex snaps. “The brakes didn’t just fail. Someone tampered with my bike. Someone wanted me dead.”

Royal asked. "Somewhere we can be all alone without any interruption,just the two of us.....alone" Angel said and Royal said nothing for some seconds. "Dad might kill me.....but....climb On" he said and Angel smiled,she used her helmet and climbed on the bike. "You can hold me doll,tight" Royal said and Angel chuckled. The rider wore a helmet that completely hid his enter face. “What the hell is that?” The biker matched our speed perfectly then he looked directly at me. A cold feeling slid heavily down my spine and Jax’s arm tightened around my waist. “Do not slow down.” The biker reached inside his jacket slowly and brought out a gun. “Jax!” “I know.” The biker raised the weapon directly toward us and another shot suddenly rang out from somewhere above. The biker’s shoulder exploded violently with blood which made his motorcycle lose balance instantly before crashing hard across the wet road.

Angela was shocked because the horse appeared out of nowhere and for a minute there, she had thought that she wouldn't be able to get her and Amber out of the way quickly and that the horse would trample them underfoot. "What were you…?" Angela trailed off and her mouth fell open when she saw who the rider was. It was that man. The one she met in the tavern that looked so much like Lothar and Azalea.

The owner yelled at the top of his lungs while exhaling. "We are sorry!" Angelina turned back and apologized to the owner — who is staring at them in anger with placed hands on his waist.
