Angels Vengeance Novels & Stories

Jaxon’s jaw twitched in what I suspected to be restraint, as he took a step back from me and dipped his head in slight curtsy, averting his face from my face. “Meanwhile,” I continued, nodding in the direction of the Argentina hunger, “I’ll go to Argentina with him. Follow up the trails he found there. One out of the two has to be Seraphina.” I paused, running my gaze from one face to the other. “We leave at first light of dawn.” The bounty hunters were dismissed after they were paid the first percentage of their fees, including the third one that didn’t yield any result, and after they left, Jaxon never returned to the study.

“That’s my woman. You are nothing compared to her.” Vincenzo stared at me for a full thirty seconds. Then suddenly, he burst into laughter, bending forward as he laughed uncontrollably. “This is too good.” He wiped tears from the corners of his eyes. “But you’re wrong. She’s not your woman.” He took a pause before spelling it out, “She’s your enemy.” My breathing hitched. Pain shot through the severed fingers on my left hand, spreading through my entire body. My voice came out hoarse. “Enough. Tell me, how do I make Rachel come back to me?”

Itsuki said, which made Marcus frown in confusion. “Angel with devil horns? Why?” he asked. “The girls in our troops are called Angels. But since she’s the coldest and ruthless among them, they called her Angel with devil horns.” Mariko rolled her eyes as she put the weapons they had used earlier from the training back on its shelves.

The color drained from Layon’s face as he suddenly remembered Angel’s mother and how she had taken her own life shortly after her husband was banished, leaving Angel alone in the Alpha pack. “Shit, Angel, I’m…”he began to apologize again only to break off when Angem’s head suddenly whipped up. It appeared she had reached the end of her tether. Her charcoal eyes had turned to amber, glowing angrily even as she curled back her lips to reveal that her fangs were now protruding from her gums. “Just go!” she snarled at him, her claws scraping the box she was holding once more. An instant later she shook her head as if shaking off her wolf and all returned to normal, though her voice was still men

He coughed as a breath wheezed out of him and I was glad of it, he had been unable to fight back, my rage so fast and fierce; and he would pay for what he did. I kicked the angel over, his head lolling to the side, bloodied face now covered in dirt. The biggest insult to an angel was to take their wings, and I had already done that to one, why not make it two? I leapt onto his back, crouching low allowing my full weight to be felt. Grasping the root of one wing I slowly pulled backward, my pressure steady; until I saw the skin holding it to his back stretch to its limit. Leaning forward I bit the delicate flesh, ripping into it with my teeth. Blood flooded into my mouth and I spat the tissue

“So I'm not here to fucking stop you, why would I? I want to destroy Baekalis, her husband the way they almost did Denzel. We want thesame fucking thing.” “And the next time you fucking talk to me like that, I'll fucking gut you,” I finished, stepping towards him. I looked up at him, my own jaw locked in determination as the thirst for vengeance swirled in his eyes. The flame crackled a few feet away from us, the orange leaking into the brown of his eyes, hell hath no fury like an angel scorned. Hell hath no fury like an angel scorned indeed. ~•~ Over the course of the next few days, the rogues worked together with us, suiting up as we got ready for what could possibly be the biggest and las

Understand? "Yes, of course I do." I huffed, leaning forward and stealing a kiss. "My queen is the angel of vengeance." "Angel of vengeance," Arissa repeated, letting a smile play on her lips. "I actually like the sound of that. And what shall your angel of vengeance avenge next?" "Whatever your heart desires." "Perfect." Arissa beamed. "Then next I will exact my revenge on that bastard, Elder Theodore." At her words, I felt my smile falter and my body grow tense.

We drove the dagger and shard into the ground, light erupting, the cage shattering, the mirror collapsing, the void’s scream—my scream—mixing with hers, the shadow’s, as they vanished, not gone but pushed back, the chaos retreating, the cliffs stilling. We fell, Lucian catching me, Lyra beside us, the bond burning—us, alive, together. Killian and Mara staggered up, bloodied, wide-eyed. “Another one?” Killian gasped, his staff broken, his face pale. “How many damn Angels are there?” I clutched the dagger, the mark pulsing, Lyra’s shard glowing, the bond steadying me. “Four,” I said, my voice hoarse, the truth crushing me. “Lock, spark, flame, void. The Veil’s not just breaking—it’s us.”

The thought of Angel suffering from the hands of that little shit hurt my soul and I’ll do whatever necessary to make him pay for making her feel less of her god damn self. During the dinner her esteem ran to the floor and watching her suffer secretly burnt me hotter than a metal soaked in fire. Angel was now a Vinci Souza by marriage and her hurt is the Vinci Souza hurts, and it must be avenged and God help any fool who must have hurt her in the past or planning to do so they may live but not to tell the complete story. The next morning seemed too slow to come through after refreshing my phone for hours and finding the college he attended, allegations of orgies with a number of sex workers-

She said in a sad tone as she stared at their photo. Angel lost her mother because of an accident when she was 13.
