I let out a soft sarcastic chuckle, “Or maybe it’s our own fault that the blessing was taken away from us.”
“...” There was silence between our exchange of words, “Maybe,” He said as he looked at the sky, “Most likely.” He looked back at me, “But still, the hate filled actions always have a reason, may it be a very stupid one.”
I half closed my eyes as I smiled a broken smile, “Yes… There’s always a reason.” I sighed, “And perhaps, this is my karma, for creating that reason.”
“Why?” He asked.
“Because the hate Angela had for me wasn’t baseless.” I gulped, “It wasn’t something stupid either.”
