Steel Soul Online

Steel Soul Online

While David was distracted with the other minions, Dorime began to splash ink in the wall using the onyx. He shaped it using his little hands and used his flying golem for the unreachable places. He painted a humanoid striking a T-pose in the center of the wall, with lines near its body, as if they represented that it was glowing. Near, he made the crude shapes of various of his new and older brothers: Skeletor was a small horned humanoid, lumps represented the rats and squirrels, some tunneling worms, vultures, beetles, and even some ants.

One Hundred Days with My Step-Father.

One Hundred Days with My Step-Father.

The write up was so small and easy to miss If I wasn't paying keen attention to the details of the root. This wasn't my sketch pad, and my mom was a terrible artist, she couldn't even draw a straight line for the love of God which could only mean one thing, the sketchpad belonged to the initials on it and there was only one person like that. Damon Brooke, D.B. A gasp escaped my lips as I flipped to another page, this was a picture of a clown and at the nose, the initials D.B was on it, perfectly shaded and blending into the red nose but not hard enough to miss my sharp eyes.

Alpha's Regret: Return of the Rejected Mate

Alpha's Regret: Return of the Rejected Mate

My daughter’s steady breathing, the warmth of her small body against mine, our separate but parallel tasks—everything combined to create a bubble of peace that felt infinitely precious. Debbie paused in her coloring to examine a particularly complex drawing she’d been working on. She held the page at arm’s length, studying it with the critical eye of a serious artist evaluating her latest masterpiece. “I made you really strong in this picture,” she announced proudly, showing me her work. “See? You have big muscles and you’re protecting all the other ladies who don’t know how to fight yet.” The drawing was wonderfully chaotic. Stick figures with enormous smiles, surrounded by hearts and stars

she says, very serious for someone whose ponytail is halfway to falling off. “Really?” I lean forward and catch the watercolor box before it drops. “Tell me all about it.” She sits up, shifting again: legs tucked under, one knee up, sketchbook on her lap. She flips to the middle. The page is full of doodles. There’s a drawing of a round table, four little stick figures with names floating over their heads: ME, CLARA, LEO, ANAÏS. In the middle of the table, a small box labeled in big letters: “CRAYON (NO EAT!)”

Via's Masterpiece

Via's Masterpiece

Her lack of friends and the busy work schedule of her parents have made it easier for her to do her work with little to no disturbance. She began to draw the actual cartoon characters that she watched - Dora, Doraemon, and Spongebob. She was able to have them executed to perfection with every detail similar to the cartoon aired on television: the imperfect square of Spongebob, the quirkiness in Dora's facial expressions, and the joyful body of Doraemon came to life. Her drawings were in shades of gray. The lack of color did not hinder the characters from being well-drawn and made lively by just a simple touch of her pencil that was considered poor quality in creating an art piece. She had no

The Fontaines of Hollywood series: The Thrill of Temptation

The Fontaines of Hollywood series: The Thrill of Temptation

Nothing pulls me out of a weird mood faster than doodling. As we go through the scene for the umpteenth time, I find myself doing rough sketches of the men in front of me. None of my drawings ever look particularly realistic - my doodles have more of a cartoony, comic book style - but I'm pretty proud of how they turn out. Once I've done Omar and Mr. Grand, I move on to the person I really want to doodle - Orlando. I don't get him right the first time. Or the second. Or the third. At first I can't seem to get his hair right, but by the end it's his eyes that are giving me the most trouble. Nothing I draw can capture how startling and direct they are.

She Belongs To The Sky

She Belongs To The Sky

His sketches look like anime characters. Fun fact: they are supposed to be Nigerians. The last pages of boy-girl's books are covered in them– layers upon layers of drawings. It's some kind of figure-drawing collage. He should be in an art school, he's really good. He made them into a comic strip. DEITY– he called it, and the protagonist's name is Echinabia, and he acts like a bum. All muscles and no sense. His notes are complete though, written in perfect, elegant calligraphy. It probably took him ages to pen these notes down.

Three years, Three Billion dollars- His worst mistake

Three years, Three Billion dollars- His worst mistake

From the floor, Toby suddenly wanders over holding one of his dinosaur drawings. “Mommy.” “What?” He lifts the paper toward me proudly. “This one is the annoying man.” I blink and take the drawing automatically. It’s a dinosaur in a suit with tiny angry eyebrows. Malachi immediately loses his composure laughing while Lilith nearly falls off the couch again. Even I choke out a laugh before I can stop myself. Arthur hears the noise through the phone. “What happened?” I stare at the drawing for another second. Then against my better judgment, I take a picture and send it to him. There’s silence on the line for three full seconds.

Chasing Kitsune

Chasing Kitsune

Riko covered her face with both hands while the boys laughed. “Alright, back to the subject at hand. So what are you asking, Forrest?” Hibiki guided the conversation away from embarrassing our granddaughter. “I want to do a real manga about your life. Darius can help with writing out the dialogue while I do the art. But to do it, I need both your permission and consent to use not only your likeness but your story.” Forrest explained, opening the folder to the very back to show a contract.

Another awesome book by Bryant! She is so great at character development and pulls you into her story. I love how she delved into taboo topics, and the real cost of those behaviors! It's also great to read about a strong female, instead of needing a man to save her!
Y. Jetter
This is probably one of my favorites from the author. It was well written and puts an interesting spin on Girl Power. I loved how Yuri was just risqué enough to keep me hooked. Yuri/Kitsune are the bada$$ I wish I could be. Hibiki is the perfect pairing for her, complementing not overshadowing her.

Secret Billionaire Divorcee

Secret Billionaire Divorcee

“Yes, ma’am.” As she moves toward the flat-screen across the room, I return to the suitcase, pulling out one of Liam’s sketchbooks. The cover is bent, the corners smudged with fingerprints, but inside? Dinosaurs. Rainbows. One drawing of a house with three stick figures: one tall, one medium, one small. He’d labeled them—Mommy, Liam, and Daddy Knoxx. I press the sketchbook to my chest and try not to cry. The TV clicks on.

I'm confused. in chapter 30.. dolly is disqualified from the competition. and then 31 it goes into the divorce stuff and them not being divorced yet. but in chapter 30, it was confirmed they were already divorced. did I miss something?
Angela
It’s been 3 years since Caroline left and Knoxx is still dumb as ever. He still has not done a dna test on the baby that he doesn’t remember making and no mention of investigating his grandfather’s death under suspicion circumstances. His “family friend” inherited everything. Make it make sense.
