Good job.” I cheered, and he beamed with pride. “Mine next.” Michael shoved his drawing into my hand, and I took his and Leon’s. They were similar to Nathan’s work, but Michael’s was more wonky, and the height difference was less dramatic. Leon’s drawing was the neatest, with a big red heart around us.

“I’m sorry. I’m an Alpha. It’s in my nature, and despite everything, you’re still… my mate.” My cheeks heat a little at the reminder, but I shake my head again. “Get a grip on yourself next time. My phone in my hand, the light shining on my face. He has caught the way I bend forward a little when I am cold. The way my hair falls over one eye. It is full of detail. So much detail. The strap of my bag on my shoulder. The fold of my sweater. The tightness in my jaw that I did not even know I had until I saw it drawn in pencil.

But I am pleasantly surprised to see how he captured my legs perfectly well, every line was represented well. “Woah.” I whisper, still not moving from my spot. Mostly because I didn’t want him to see how damp I had made the bench. Also because this was the only way I could trust myself to stay put, I didn’t trust myself to be civil around him. “This is the first time I haven’t finished a drawing.” The me on the canvas didn’t have an upper body, he stopped just above my belly button piercing. “Why?” “I was distracted.”

Because after I was done, I looked down. I saw Angelstar, my wolf, and a beautiful wolf has a midnight color on his tail and under his chest with a shape of a paw on his chest. I knew it was a bigger guy than her and me because they were on the mountain top watching the sky. Then something came to my mind. So I started drawing on the other pad. I was underlining the picture and coloring and shadowy the part of the picture. Once I was done. I gasped and hid my flush face because I had drawn a girl with beautiful platinum blonde hair and purple eyes, but I kept my eyes on her. Oh, my God! The drawing looks just like-

Chang Minsu sat on the opposite seat. "Anime mostly, but I like to draw portraits, though no one ever wants to hold still long enough for me to do that." "Really, do you have any with you?" Chang Minsu leaned over and lifted something out of the bag he carried. "Just these. They're not very good, but…" Chang Minsu dropped off as Hae Jae-Woo took the red art book and flipped through the pages. Hae Jae-Woo slowed down after a few pages and stared intently at the pictures.

The younger folded open the first page and his mouth became an 'O' " wow..you drew this?", Dae asked looking at the colourful portrait of a girl. "Yeah..", Aroon smiled. Dae turned the pages and there were drawings of Flowers, trees, river, sunset, animals, facial features and a lot more. "Aru..you drew this all ?", wonder was evident in the younger's words. "Hmm yes...", Aroon said. He was now standing behind the younger's chair, his both hands on table, caging the younger in between, looking at his own drawings.

“What did you burn down this time?” “Nothing,” they said, affronted. “We drew you.” That was, in its own way, more alarming. They slapped the comic down on the table. Naomi, already sitting there with a mug of coffee, leaned over eagerly. “Oh my God,” she breathed. “I have never loved anything more.” The first panel showed a stick‑figure version of me with extremely dramatic hair, standing on a boulder, arms raised. My eyes were enormous circles with jagged lines coming out—lightning, maybe.

The moon shone brightly down on its body, allowing me to see its dark and light grey fur with tints of black and brown clearly. As if I were under a spell by its beauty, I felt myself slowly creeping toward it and stopped close to its side. Unable to fight the urge to touch its fur, I reached out a hand to touch it, but when I did, his body morphed so fast that I was stunned to see his arm holding mine, now naked. Even in his human form, he still avoids looking at me, despite our closeness. I was used to it; after all, I dwell in a house with a mother who can't even stand to see the face of her own daughter.

But it seemed her pencil had a mind of its own and what she’d drawn was not and could not in any way be construed as anime. She couldn’t really blame herself, though. Jack was all the things! His sharp jawline and those heavy eyebrows. The strong blade of his nose and the way his hair framed his face. He was an angel—or a devil, depending on where you stood on the evil vs. beauty debate. Seriously, Michelangelo would have wept to chisel Jack’s likeness from marble. Dianna couldn’t help drawing him how she saw him, and she already had ideas of how to incorporate his dragon into the portrait. No one else would even know the dragon was there except her…she didn’t think so, anyway.
