The middle-aged man yelled, “Lupus Wolf, Canis Dog, Pavo Pheasant, Apus Chicken, Corvus Crow, Simia Monkey, Sapiens Ape, come out.” With that command, several people of different shapes and sizes stepped forth. They looked at the battle gods of the ancient Heavenly Court with ferocity in their eyes. Philip’s heart jolted at the sight of them. They were the zodiacs of the white tiger! Hearing the names yelled out by the middle-aged man, Fenrir had no choice but to give up interrogating Raven and walk over instead.

But I know an anime where a character only knows how to use explosions," Zane explained and walks back to the carriage to check on the guards and Roùx. "Something the elders tell children. The Moon Goddess picks one wolf each generation, seals their power at birth so it grows without limit, and when the seal breaks the wolf becomes—" I stopped. Caleb approached cautiously, his instincts warning him of the power radiating from the wolf. “You’ve come far, Alpha,” the wolf’s voice rumbled, low and heavy with wisdom. Caleb dipped his head respectfully. “I’ve come seeking answers.” The wolf’s gaze bore into him, as though searching the depths of his soul. “The Moon Goddess has shown her mercy,” he began, his words deliberate and filled with weight. “Luna has been granted the rarest of gifts—a second chance. She was reborn, her essence intertwined with another’s body, as decreed by the Moon Goddess eighteen years ago.”

As soon as they are calm, they are surrounded by a bright white light that shoots up into the sky aimed straight at the Moon. This light fills them as well as surrounds them both. Zachariah and Yasmine feel a warmth, but nothing threatening as they then tilt their heads to the sky and howl loudly, announcing and celebrating their victory… With their howl, the light gets brighter before being drawn into them and then exploding outward in a ring around them, hitting every member of their pack and the kingdom that will be theirs soon…
