Annabeth Chase Show Novels & Stories

Just as soon as she dropped the call, her phone dinged and it was a message from Jeremy, the video he promised to send. She clicked on it and began to play it. “Hello Everyone, I’m sure you don’t know me but I’m Annabeth, Annabeth Covey, Elizabeth Thatcher’s Step sister, ….” The video began. Meanwhile …. Victoria Island GRA 8:00am …… “Hey mom,” Nimi greeted as he walked into his house. “Welcome home son, how was your day?!”

“Slowly. Much more slowly than either of us imagined. Annabelle used to talk about how, as soon as we got to here in Manila, she’d land a gig with a Metro production of a Theater Show, or maybe get a part on a television show.” “Didn’t quite happen that way, huh?” He kept his voice gentle. Setting the box down, she shifted to face him, a strangely excited light dancing in her eyes. “Not quite. But she stuck it out and now she’s got a shot at something that could launch her career in a big way.” At his inquiring glance, she went on. “She’s landed a role on a pilot for a TV series at ABS CBN. They start filming in a couple months.”

From the ceiling dangles a waterfall crystal chandelier just above the flower pot. The dining environment is rather cheerful. The butlers and housemaids were serving breakfast as usual as father sat at the head of the table having a delightful conversation with mother, who sat next to him. Luke was about to bite the crimson apple, but Daniel grabbed it from him before he could do so. Jacob, shortly followed by Annabeth, entered the dining room. ***** Annabeth Olivia Knight. Daughter of Beta Jordan. Ever since we were little, she has been my closest friend. Annabeth, or Ann as we call her, has two brothers, Daniel and Jacob. Annabeth is the youngest of the group, followed by Jake and Daniel.

Annabeth interjected immediately. “I don’t know, maybe because she’s a victim just like us, she has been lied to and used and she just wants to make things right,” she replied. I shook my head slowly at her. “I don’t want to do as you’re asking me, I want to see Scarlett myself, I want to go to Twilight zone myself,” I said to her. “Fine. I’ll call her just for you to confirm that she’s okay,” she said and pulled out her phone. She pressed a few buttons and the phone began ringing after a few seconds, I heard Scarlett’s voice.

She was the headmaid of the packhouse and wife of the late Beta John. "Oh, I'm so glad you're well. When Stuart told me he had met you in the mortal world, I almost didn't believe him,” Annabeth repeated. “Truly, I'm glad to see you again." I shook my head. "You too." Annabeth observed my appearance closely, concern hanging over her. She wore her heart on her sleeve, so I could more or less guess what she was thinking. "I suppose what the Alpha said is true?" "That I’ve been hiding his daughters yet still come back? That's true." I grinned bitterly.

“You’re a funny one.” At first, I couldn’t make sense of the video. I leaned in, squinting, trying to understand what was happening. It showed a room, an empty room. On second look, it looked exactly the same as this room, with some furniture changed. After a few seconds, Annabelle walked in, dressed in a fluffy gray bathrobe, drying her hair off and humming a tune. “What is this?” I asked, turning to her. “The truth.” She placed a hand on the top of my head and turned my head back to the laptop. “Continue watching.”

“My brother keeping you here is absolutely inhumane, you should strike!” “Anabelle,” I groaned, shaking my head before turning to Lillian. “Have a good night, Lillian.” “You too,Mr Stone,” She mumbled and walked away. “Now, tell me what made you so excited tonight,” I turned to Anabelle, interested in her story. “I went to see Kimura Hashira.” I frowned, confused as hell. “Am I supposed to know who that is?” “Ugh, do you know anyone else aside from those on the Forbes list?”

I walk to my room and freeze when I walk inside, my eyes dart around the room looking at all the paintings hanging everywhere, every one of the paintings Christov did is in my room surrounding me as I look at them. My heart shatters in my chest and I run through the room and slam the door to my ensuite. I don’t know how long I was in the shower, when I knock hits my door and my Aunt Cynthia’s voice enters my head, “Abi sweet girl, come out of there before you look like a prune.”
