The Crescent Heir

The Crescent Heir

Both smiled without intruding, nodding softly as they went, perfectly trained in the art of Mooncrest's quiet, unhurried courtesy. Anna watched them disappear around the corner and then continued walking, following the directions young Gallowglass had sketched for her the evening before on a small note-card in careful, boyish handwriting. It was kind of weird , but it was understandable, readable, unlike the maps she saw on geography notes. He had detailed the Estate, every inch , in his own way. He marked the important parts Anna needed to memorize so she won't be lost on the vast castle. "Straight ahead , It think "

Love Among Thorns

Love Among Thorns

Amara’s POV Later, wrapped in a light sweater, Amara wandered outside. She stayed close to the house at first, but the fresh air called to her. The gardens were beautiful — not manicured to death like the university lawns — but wild and rich, full of deep green and sweet flowers. Under a broad oak tree, she sat down, curling her legs beneath her. In her lap lay a small worn book — Anne of Green Gables — pressed into her hands by Mrs. Holloway with a wink earlier. “You’ll like this one, darlin’. Girl finds her home when she least expects it.”

The Alpha King's Tribrid Mate

The Alpha King's Tribrid Mate

He gave up on the argument and the meeting ended. ... Annabelle was seated crossed legged at the meadow beside her house. Her eyes were closed in meditation and a thick black book with a purple stone at the middle was opened by her side. There was a brick house beside her, painted in blue and gray. The meadow looked magnificent, with lush grasses and sweet smelling flowers. The sky was a sea of blue, reflecting the colours of the ocean. Annabelle's legs were tucked beneath her and her hands rested on her bent knees, palms up. She looked serene and her wavy purple hair drifted softly in the light breeze.

May I ask dear author how far it is still from the ending? I am just asking because I am waiting for it to be completed first before I start reading this since I am a fast reader and I normally finish this kind of very good stories in 1 seating even I don’t sleep. I am just unlocking it for now

I think one of the best books that I have read and I would like to pitch an idea that I have. It's about a sorceress/vampire hybrid and a lycanthrope/dragon hybrid getting married and their abilities and kids.

My Ex's Uncle Claims Me as His Luna

My Ex's Uncle Claims Me as His Luna

She was Annie’s mother—of course she’d figure out what her daughter needed. I reached for the door handle to close it quietly, then stopped. On Annie’s nightstand sat the picture book we’d been reading together, opened to a story about a little girl who could talk to animals. Annie had insisted we read it three times yesterday because she loved the illustrations. Next to the book lay one of her drawings—not the family portrait I’d found downstairs, but a newer one. This drawing showed two figures: a small girl in a wheelchair and a taller woman with long dark hair. They were holding hands and smiling.

My Beloved The CEO

My Beloved The CEO

She admired the colours each one had and how each presented itself with a unique quirk. Noticing one that seemed to have worn off more than the rest she pulled it out of the rack. Flipping it over to see its cover she smiled at the title written in bold letters the words read Greensburrow. It was a children's book about a young boy and girl who arrived at an orphanage together and became good friends. The girl, Anna was an adventurous soul who would often get herself in trouble but had Eliot, the boy always there to save her.

My Feisty Wife: Baby, You're So Sweet

My Feisty Wife: Baby, You're So Sweet

Under the guidance of a servant, Anne sat at the table where there were delicious food and various cups of tea. "Enjoy yourself, Miss Violet." Anne thanked her with a slight smile. The servant left, leaving Anne to sit alone in the big dining room. It was so quiet that Anne could even hear the sound of the quartz clock on the ground beside her. Looking around, Anne could see no servant. No one had done anything rude to her until now. Instead, they treated her well. Taking a deep breath, Anne stood up cautiously. She saw a photo frame on the opposite wall, which seemed to be a family portrait. Walking closer to it, she found that it was not a photo, but a pretty lifelike painting.

Average Jane |Lesbian Story|

Lately, the former president of Loser Club had been digging into the genre a bit too deep. "We've got some classics too, though," Heather said. "Let me see," Jane said. "After all, I have to approve of the book choice for the next discussion." "Alright, Miss. President," Emily laughed. "How about Anne of Green Gables?" Jane said, picking up a book, and turned to Lucy with a smile. "Oh, yes! I love Anne!" Lucy breathed. "I've read it twice! But of course, we can go with it again."

The Cursed Prince And His Beloved Maid

The Cursed Prince And His Beloved Maid

"Do you have any picture of him? Just once, I promise, and I will never mention his name again." With a sigh, Gilbert reluctantly admitted, "All right then." Gilbert reached for the drawer beside his bed. Inside, he found a worn leather-bound book, its pages filled with stories and portraits of his fellow companions. Carefully, he settled himself beside Anna, opening the book to the marked page that showed Jean's picture. As Gilbert showed the picture, Anna gasped. The man in the painting was beautiful, with green eyes that looked like the gem she found, a familiar color that made her heartache.
