After changing back into her regular clothes, Scarlett scoured the internet for memes that were funny or relevant enough to share on her social media. It was a full-time job, taking up more of her time than homework, but somebody had to drudge through the sea of endless posts to pick out the gems. There were a lot of memes about men, due to the trending hashtag #notallmen. Scarlett steered clear, careful not to take a stance one way or another. She couldn't deal with people arguing on her posts. The only valid response was a laughter emoji.

"Someone hotter and less grumpy for me to do this with?" Lily's response was blunt. "Arc's the ugly, deformed waiter you kissed at your father's gala after finding out about your ex's infidelity." Chelsea winced. "Thanks for the reminder." "You needed it," Lily said. "Kevin's stealing the spotlight, and even Larry's Italian charm is overshadowing your drama. Those memes aren't helping. Almost ten memes of you crying that night has surfaced, including one with a thundercloud hovering over your head." Chelsea's anxiety spiked. Being meme-ified meant you were either ridiculously silly or famously notorious. Chelsea knew he'd become a meme for both reasons.

It’s exploding!” The group name had been changed to ‘Care and Support of the Clown Werewolf King,’ and it was flooded with merciless mockery. Someone had photoshopped Sarek’s face with clown makeup and captioned it: [So I came after. I’m a homewrecker.] There were even meme videos titled, “The Werewolf King’s Breakup Survival Guide.” Louis laughed so hard his whole body shook. “Hahaha! That’s brutal!”

Her phone had somehow had its Do Not Disturb function turned on, and all notifications were silenced and were not displayed. She clicked on the chatroom to see her screen bombarded with the following: [Mommy! Mommy! Where have you been?] [Mommy! Daddy and I are looking for you! Reply me when you see this!] [Mommy, Mommy! Waaa! Do you hate Momo now? Do you not like Momo and Daddy anymore?] [Momo misses you! What did Momo do…? Did Momo piss Mommy off? Mommy, please don’t disappear.] Charmine frowned. Did she accidentally turn on the Do Not Disturb mode?
