Running with Wolves
I smiled warmly at her, leaning back in the armchair while sipping my tea.
When she had found the item she was looking for, she presented me proudly with an old, leatherbound book. The pages smelled of parchment and herbs, reminding me of the ancient books in the Royal library.
“It’s my gift to you, Pernwél.” She said and I thanked her with a hug.
I opened the book and skimmed over the pages full with recipes of the Werewolf community from over the ages. Salves, bandages and other healing ingredients were described.
“It has room in the back, so you can note down your own spells and findings as you progress.” Grandma Rose smiled lovingly.
