Divorced, Desired, Dangerous

Divorced, Desired, Dangerous

Nilah Mariel traded her name, her money, and her family for one man. Three years ago, she walked out of her penthouse in heels and walked into a marriage with Marcus Lawinston, convinced he’d always choose her. He didn’t. Now she’s the wife he forgot to come home to, watching him build a life with someone else. The night she finally signs the divorce papers, she totals a stranger’s Bentley in the rain. Darien Vale is everything she’s not supposed to want, he’s arrogant, too rich, and used to getting his way. He offers her a deal: be his date for one night, and he’ll forget the accident ever happened. It sounds simple. An escape. A night off from being the woman everyone left behind. It isn’t. One gala. One dance. One photo of her on Darien’s arm, and suddenly Marcus remembers who she is. Because Nilah isn’t just his ex-wife. She’s an heiress. Now she’s back in the world of old money, family expectations, and a man who looks at her like she’s the only person in the room. The question isn’t whether she wants revenge anymore. It’s whether she can stop before the fake thing with Darien starts feeling real.

99 Letters and Still Cheated

99 Letters and Still Cheated

There's this unspoken rule in werewolf high society: no matter how tight the mate bond is, business banquets mean booking a hostess. Six years into our bond, my Alpha mate—Brian Stormclaw—met one. Louise. A scrappy Omega with too much pride and not enough sense. When he offered her his black card, she pushed it back and said, "I'm not some Alpha's pampered pet." Brian? Instantly hooked. Like the Moon Goddess herself had dropped her in his lap. He chased her like he wanted her mark on every pack crest. But he forgot something—I was the Luna he wrote ninety-nine love letters to before I said yes. I didn't beg. Didn't snap. Every time he chose her over me, I lit another letter. First one burned on our anniversary—he bailed to wait outside Louise's flower shop, just to walk her home. Letter thirty-four? He left me stranded in a dangerous hunting ground to keep her company. Said she was scared of the dark. Fifty-two? Torched the second he replaced our wedding photo with some sketch she made on. ... And when the ninety-ninth turned to ash, so did whatever was left of us. I walked away. For good.

Office Jokes About My Toilet Time Went Too Far

Office Jokes About My Toilet Time Went Too Far

I've just left the washroom when Vanessa Shallow, who has just returned from her maternity leave, covers her mouth as she laughs at me. "Wow, you really are quick when it comes to bathroom breaks, huh? No wonder your sales performance is increasing by leaps and bounds! I suppose it's all thanks to your ability to take off your pants very quickly!" Vanessa acts as though she's joking as she starts making faces at the male colleagues around us. "Right, I forgot how prideful young ladies are nowadays! They can't seem to accept such truths when spoken in such a blunt manner!" The colleagues burst out laughing in a lecherous way afterward. Their perverted gazes keep clinging to my legs the whole time. As I stare at Vanessa's slightly bloated face, my gaze grows cold. It seems that she's so anxious to get her position as the project leader back that she's willing to shed even her sense of shame and propriety. I take a step forward and speak up. "I'm not as skilled as you are when it comes to such things, Vanessa. After all, not everyone is capable of making Mr. Studdard visit their home every midnight during their maternity leave." As soon as my words fall, the previously rowdy office goes deathly silent.

I love most is the female protagonist(Sienna) who knows how to fight, strong, smart, powerful and beautiful. Amazing how they handled the evil persons. Big thumbs up and kudos!

Purchased By the Mafia

Purchased By the Mafia

"Do you love him?", He asked I again tried to speak but he cut me off. "YES or NO". I nodded in YES. I love him in a brotherly way. "I thought that you were different, but I forgot about your background. I had purchased you from the red-light area. Soon or later, whore like you would have surely shown their true color, isn't it?" He drily laughed. And then, held my arm harshly and started dragging me, god knows where? He didn't even care that I was in pain. I keep staring at his face. I can't believe the day which I always wanted to come i.e. when I will actually be free from this cage, will come. But I was not feeling about him. It made me feel that I had started loving this cage...He pushed me away, and two arms collected me before I could have fallen down. I know that it belongs to my brother. Struck by physical pain and mental shock, I could bear it no longer and fainted in his arms. I finally understood that the most intolerable thing in a relationship was cheating. Without trust, our relationship was so vulnerable!

As far as I read this novel is interesting and it's type of new plot. I haven't read this type of plot's before. But the problem I feel is updation of new chapters.Updation is taking too much tym.Infact the male lead loves her still there is no trust in their relationship.Thats because of the place.
