“Can you fight?” I ask.
“Kind of. Combat is my secondary subject. I’m not as skilled as the others, but I can hold my own.”
“Good, because we are about to be swarmed,” I breathe, pulling the last knot free.
Archie crashes through the trees first, an excited grin on his face. He looks pumped. Chase appears next, blood on his knuckles and a feral gleam in his eyes. Dillon follows, dirt smeared across his face and his jaw set with determination.
