"We approach this with caution. Period." Leo simply nodded in response. "The rest of you leave." Nick ordered, "Leo, assure the rest that we have everything under control." "Yes, Alpha." They left the scene, leaving behind the Rune family. "What's your name?" Gwen asked the Werewolf, squatting next to him. "Ryuu." He replied. "Ryuu what?" Lynn snapped. "Ryuu Calliope." "What pack?" Vincent questioned. Ryuu swallowed, glancing between Emris, Mabel and Nick. The three emitted threatening auras that revealed the weight of their power.

Capri questions Leo’s every thoughts. He would cry as she’d reject his advances on moving past his mistakes. He was not shut out entirely, but for him he was not getting enough of her time and attention. She would not sleep with him, but there were other ways to satisfy his desires. They would face time and she’d show her perky breasts as he stroked his shaft. We stood shoulder to shoulder and raised our Hellblades. Leo began to circle us, slow and deliberate, his massive mane flickering with black flame. Each step pressed heat into the sand. Scorpio lingered nearby, his skeletal exoskeleton clicking softly, tail swaying with quiet menace. “You can pick first,” Leo rumbled, his voice thick with amusement. Scorpio let out a dry hiss. “I take the the mouse, the grumpy one is yours.” Pelin shot me a sharp glance. “Lion’s all yours.”

He leaned in closer, checking the color of the skin around the scratch. "Is it serious?" Olivia asked nervously, standing by my side. "Is he going to heal properly?" Dr. Draven looked up at her with a calm smile. "Do not worry, Lady Olivia. This is the Lycan King we are talking about. His wolf will take care of it in no time." He looked back down at the wound, a glint of understanding in his eyes. As a high-ranking Lycan King, a minor scratch like this should have closed up within minutes of the fight ending. But Rex had deliberately slowed down the healing process—mostly because I wanted to enjoy the quiet comfort of Olivia taking care of me.

There was no hesitation in her movements, only quiet determination. Almost as if she sensed someone watching, Clara lifted her gaze. Across the gymnasium, Leon was already looking in her direction. Their eyes met once again. Clara simply raised one finger and pointed it toward him before curling it into a fist, a silent reminder of the battle they had made. Leon answered with a small smirk. "I never planned on losing." Clara returned the look before turning back to her teammates. The cheers, whispers, and admiring gazes surrounding them no longer mattered.

One of them bared his fangs and lunged forward, his steps heavy and deliberate. Instinct screamed at me to shrink back. If he reached me before the duel began, no one would stop him. My heart thundered violently as I clamped my hands over my ears, my breath coming apart in uneven gasps. My wolf recoiled, curling in on herself. Don’t let them see, she whispered. Don’t let them win. “Enough.” The command cracked through the tension like a whip. “Step aside and prepare the field,” the stranger continued coldly. “Nicholas can’t afford to lose her. A wounded ego will only complicate things.”

Adam’s POV “You’re dead, motherfucker.” I growled as all three of us circled, the snake darting its tongue out to taste the air. “I think not.” Leon hissed in anger. “I have the blood of a God in me; one bread for the very reassson of conssssuming the moon. You; you are just a puny wolf. You and thissss wolf here will die and I will finish what my ancestorsss ssstarted.” With that his head started for me at lighting speed as I reached up my arm to intentionally take the bite. I wanted him there. As long as he was focused on me, Axel would be open to attack.

“I don’t care what you think you know. You’re mine. I own you.” Kimberly’s voice broke. “It was Kael. The Lycan King. He’s the one who took me.” Ogar stilled, then laughed, a cold, cruel sound. “The Lycan King, you say? So you’re marked by a monster. Perfect.” She looked up, fear in her eyes. “What… what do you mean?” Ogar smirked, pulling her close. “I have always found a worthy reason to wipe out that Lycan race. Kael will regret the day he crossed me.”

“Let me in, Jasmine. Let me free.” I close my eyes, surrendering to the inevitable. A deafening crack echoes through the air as my spine arches, my body contorting in ways it was never meant to. My scream morphs into a guttural snarl, raw and primal. The pain is excruciating, yet somehow exhilarating. My hands tremble as they shift, my nails elongating into claws tipped with obsidian black. Scales ripple across my skin, glinting like polished emeralds under the blood moon’s light. My muscles twist and expand, and I feel my body grow, towering and formidable.
