Adom groaned softly as he slowly woke up. He blinked a few times, getting used to the bright light shining through the window, before he opened his eyes fully. He was a little confused, as he felt arms around him. This wasn't his own house. Where was he? He sat up and groaned when he felt pain shoot up his back. He was feeling sore all over, as if he were being run over by a truck or something. He looked around in the big room. It was modernly furnished and looked very expensive. He was sitting in a big, queen-sized bed, and when he looked to his side, his eyes widened. Arms were still wrapped around his waist, and a man was softly snoring next to him. A soft bed of sunflowers formed, and Angela slowly fell into a deep sleep. His gaze shifted to Silas, shard-like and cold once more. “We remain in this desert for a few days. Use this time well. Explain to your little police friend what he stumbled into. He will have questions.” With a disdainful tut, Adorus vanished. He opened his eyes to see a surprised Orion staring at his fated mark, flesh whole, skin healed, and the mark glowing faintly once more. Orion turned his gaze to thank the Sun God, but Adorus was already striding into the blazing desert with his cane, his figure melting into the light before disappearing entirely like a mirage.

As soon as he was in front of us, Orso growled low in warning, Dorin standing and moving beside Orso so he could defend his Alpha if need be. “Enough Anders! I will not stand for you coming into my home and insulting one of my wolves. Apologize to Kara for the insinuation and then get the hell out. This meeting is over.” Orso barked as he glared down at him. She had to meet Bigfoot and this man was already ordering her around.
