Venom

Venom

But Maya’s knees buckled and she was on the mat, and she wheezed tapping. Megumi sighed in relief letting go of Maya. “Good spar” Megumi said standing up. “Yeah” she sighed and lay on the mat. “Not that good enough huh” Karou said. Maya glared from her spot on the mat. “Everyone this is Takashi” she said. “Don’t get used to him he won’t be here for long”. “What is he doing here?” Haru asked. “To lend his services. He owes me so he’s going to be here for a while”.

AZURA

AZURA

"Well I have to take her home. That's why I'm here in the first place. To bring her back to her Homeland" Wait a minute...... "You don't mean right this instant do you?" I asked "surely you can give me a few days to process all these and prepare myself" "I'm afraid not honey. The fact that you are alive and I found you so easily means that others can find you too. You are a very rare being little Azura, and you have lots of enemies. J could sense the energy from your power from miles away. So you are too vulnerable right now". Aunt Anna explained.

Dylan greeted. "Have you lost your mind, Dylan? Why would I accept regular beastmen in my tribe? They don't belong here in the North," he responded. "They are not just regular beastmen, Aquil," Dylan replied, then extended his hand to me and pulled me near. "Let me introduce myself," I whispered while pulling his arm. He smiled and nodded. "I am Ari, goddess of the sun. Heed my words! Lower your weapons!" I ordered as I transformed into my passive-aggressive form.

Enyo Burnside “Alpha Clayton Blackridge, welcome to my Pack” Hadeon says to my mate with a grin, holding out his hand to Clay. Clay looks at it then at me, before taking his hand. “Alpha Hadeon, I presume “ Clayton says, Hadeon smiles as he takes Clay’s hand then turns back to me. I notice the amulet that hangs around his neck, the strange coloured stone almost looks like it’s moving, swirling a green/blue as if it’s alive. I notice a smaller version hanging around both the necks of the two women.

Hooked from the start!! Enyo is a strong FMC who refuses to back down, and Clayton is the perfect mix of dominant and protective. Their chemistry is intense and every chapter pulls me in even more. Even though it’s still ongoing, I already know this is going to be a favorite.

This book captivated me from the first pages! An interesting plot, live characters and an atmosphere from which it is impossible to tear yourself away. The author managed to create a story that makes you think, worry and wait for the continuation.

Then, slowly, I felt his thumb trace a small circle against my skin. “I could hear it,” he said quietly. “It’s faint, but… it’s alive. Real. And the idea of holding it in my arms, to see you holding it just brings too much for me to even think about.” “It is,” I murmured, resting my hand over his. “So? What would you name them?” He was silent for a moment, his gaze fixed ahead, thoughtful. Then, softly: “If it’s a girl… Arielle. It means lioness.”

The pack roared their approval, their howls thunderous and fierce, echoing through the valley like the roar of a storm on the horizon. As the sun climbed higher, casting golden light on the rising warriors, I felt the weight of leadership settle comfortably on my broad shoulders. It was not a burden but a crown forged in fire, resilience, and unbreakable loyalty. I looked toward the distant horizon, where the inevitable clash with Ariel awaited—a test not just of strength but of who we truly were.

She nearly rolled her eyes but stayed silent—she had no interest in looking anyway. "I'm sorry," the man rushed out, voice trembling. "I caught the scent of a human and didn't realise she was with you." Orion frowned. He hadn't masked his scent or pheromones, and yet this warrior had been unable to recognise him. That could only mean one thing: whatever Malcolm had injected him with was suppressing his scent. The question was, for how long? "What's your name, warrior?" he asked, voice hard. The Lycan shifted uneasily on his feet. "My name is Vega, Alpha."

The Goddess Warrior

The Goddess Warrior

This would end tonight. Jaiyana crouched low on Shan’s back, white tiger muscles coiled beneath her like steel springs. Her heart beat in perfect synchrony with his, every instinct honed to a single purpose: defeat Maximus. The Chakram of Indra spun at her side, a silver wheel of fire ready to sever anything in its path. The Vajra Spear crackled with lightning, humming with power to pierce and shatter even the strongest enchantments. And the Trident of Varuna gleamed in the moonlight, its three prongs capable of pinning, piercing, and controlling the colossal demon before them.

The CEO’s Secret Heirs: Chasing My Runaway Ex-Wife

The CEO’s Secret Heirs: Chasing My Runaway Ex-Wife

"You have a memory leak in the sensor array. You’re trying to process three-dimensional depth on a two-dimensional thread. It’s basic." The engineers gasped. Arjuna felt a strange, electric jolt shoot through his spine. "And how would a child know that?" Arjuna asked, stepping closer. He felt an inexplicable, magnetic pull toward this boy a biological recognition that defied logic. "I’m not 'a child,'" the boy replied, his little brow furrowed in a scowl that Arjuna himself was famous for. "I’m Bumi. And your engineers are slow." Before anyone could stop him, Bumi reached out and tapped a series o

My body couldn't grasp the simple act of breathing anymore. Gunnar clutched the back of the short-sleeve button-down Ace wore — it was white with navy anchors all over it. It definitely suited his aesthetic. Without another word, Gunnar dragged Ace to one of the barstools and sat him there, keeping a firm hand on his brother's shoulder. "I see what you mean by pissy," Jericho whispered, "but in all fairness if you're going to mess with his girl then you're asking for it. No, begging actually."

This book is a must read. I couldn't put this book down. The characters are very realistic and the story line is something you can actually see happening in real life; especially when you have a dysfunctional family. This book is full of humor as well. I absolutely loved it.

Loved is actually an understatement. One of the best stories I have ever read. Just finished Ace (freaking amazing, loved just as much) and going to finish this binge reading by reading Jericho. Worth reading all night, who needs sleep when you have these outstanding characters keeping you company!
