The more I look through the book the more confused I become by the first few pages. The sharp contrast between the image of impending danger for the child to the full out war are like two sides of a coin. As I look over the images of the war I find myself going back and forth through the pages trying to make sense of what I’m seeing. What was the cause? Why did this war break out? I couldn’t help but find myself transfixed on the images of each page. The image while gruesome, we also hauntingly gorgeous and well done. But they needed some of the text to help answer some of my questions.

After that, I returned to wandering around the whole place, looking for the books that we were going to use. I stopped at the part where the books were arranged and took the one that caught my interest.
