The Last Thunder

The Last Thunder

He then also climbed inti the driver seat and Usha was sitting next to him. “Oh, and nice to meet you, little kitten. I am Artie’s owner. My driver friends used to call me Tom-Tom, others Mat-Mat. But the children who likes to pet Artie calls me Mr. Butler. You may call me whatever you like.” Mr. Kind Face said. Usha smiled. “Mr. Kind Face and Mr. Butler! Tom-tom! Mat-mat!” He replayed all the name that had mentioned, seems like he couldn’t get his mind set to one name.

Dasher

Dasher

He quickly let go of her and she just strolled away, not even saying a thankyou. Maddox had just shaken hands with Mr Langford and got seated. "Mr Dasher...it is so lovely to see you accepting my invitation," the man had an Italian accent, his features were moulded from granite. "Of course, Mr Langford. After all, it was you who invited me," his lips go twitching. "What if it was Mr Sallow who invited you?" Mr Langford had this playful grin on his face. "Then I would not accept it," Maddox eased his shoulders.

If The Crown Fits

If The Crown Fits

I don't wanna. 'You can do it, master!' 'Okay fine! But promise me that you will catch up.' 'I promise.' Custard, nuzzled my leg for good luck before he ran towards the cell guards. He started barking at them a few times to catch their attention. "Hey. What are you doing here?" One of the guards demanded. In response, Custard went and nabbed at the guard's leg. The guard grunted and attempted to strike Custard with his spear. Custard, my good little boy, decided that he wanted the spear. He grabbed it just as it swung towards him and pulled. Now Custard had the spear and was tempting the guard to chase him. To be sure that he can get the two of them to follow him he raced to the other guard

I love this book and I'm sad to see it end. I'm a little disappointed that you didn't write a few chapters between this one and the last one to cover so many questions I now have. I still recommend this book.

Overall, very good story line. I feel some of the characters have developed more than others throughout the storyline but I really enjoy the book. It’s a fun roller coaster. Would definitely read this book again. Can’t wait for the ending. 💛

Midwinter Town: A Novella

Midwinter Town: A Novella

“Do I remember you? May the Desmiri melt me into tallow and make candles of me for the mosques if I forget you! Some months ago you opened the door at Dopula's with Chaplinski, which suited my taste exactly, for in the selfsame way I got out of prison once in Stamboul. How is Sir Podbipienta? “Sir Podbipienta is well, and asked to be remembered to you.” “He is a very rich man, but fearfully dull. If he should cut off three heads like his own, it would be only a head and a half, for he would cut off three half-heads. Pshaw! How hot it is, though it is only March yet! The tongue dries up in one's throat.” “I have some excellent triple mead; maybe you would take a glass of it?”

HALF BREED

HALF BREED

"Captain Baddo, I'm Marcus Doug Douglas. It's a pleasure to meet you" Baddo took the hand, shook it, and tried to calculate how old the cyborg was. More than a hundred, that was for sure, not that it mattered. Unless the old fart was senile that is - which would matter a lot. "Welcome aboard, sir. Thank you for coming". Doug Douglas smiled. "You're welcome. So, Captain Baddo, what's so important that it brought you and Big Berta all the way out to this corner of the Confederacy?"

MAFIA THE NEXT LEVEL

MAFIA THE NEXT LEVEL

Arsenio ducked, dodging the attack as quickly as possible. His agile movements made Arsenio able to keep up with the thief's game. Thump! The time came for Arsenio to throw a hard punch, right in the thief's face. He fell from the force of Arsenio's fist. The thief's face turned blue that very second. However, he was still able to stand up to fight back, to snatch the bag he had stolen with great difficulty. Arsenio is not silent. He threw another hard punch three times, remembering that the number four came out when he threw the dice. Arsenio interpreted that he had to hit the thief four times to win this mission.

However, the man he was staring at just laughed in an obnoxious voice. "Trying to trick me again?" asked Bouldog sarcastically as his laughter slowly faded. "You're a hard thinker who's willing to stop your own mission just because I don't look the same. Am I right?" he continued proudly. Bouldog erased the remaining distance between the tube and where he stood.

Alpha Braddock

Alpha Braddock

I arch a brow to him. He sheepishly smiles at me and rubs the back of his neck, "Just making sure you make it to where ever you were going, it's kind of a rough neighborhood, if you haven't noticed. I cross my arms over my chest and smirk as I take him in, he's on the shorter side of what I'm use too, just shy of 6 foot, he has a muscular build but not as defined as the men I'm use too. His big brown eyes remind me of a pup's and his scent is heavenly. I smile at him, "so you think you can protect me out in these mean streets," I arch a brow.

I have seriously binged this book all day and I'll be honest. It has some absolutely disgusting, things and twists. And yuck, but it's well written. The characters are amazing. And I love this alpha with her. I can't wait for more.

I am absolutely addicted so far and I can't even unlock chapter 13 .... I love how the writer gave each person's view on the things going on in each part of the book so far. I'll update my review once I've finished the whole book. I'll be praying ... another part 2 comes out after reading it all!!!

His Little Kitten

His Little Kitten

Artie starts and then stops as Adonis glares at him. “Aubrey, dear, can you fill me in on our culprit?” “Artie, also known as Arthur Chase, is one of the lower ranking, though wealthy wolves in Alpha Jefferies pack. He followed Wilson around like a puppy and obeyed his orders like many of his minions,” I say. “Artie, I would believe Aubrey’s word without a doubt,” Adonis replies, kissing the top of my head. “The fact that you were caught red handed and then tried to lie to me just digs your grave deeper.”
