Then I can pay you back for bringing that brat along Charlie boy! The song ends, and Charlie pulls his date back to the table. An angry glare on his face. But a huge smile on mine as I sip on the black straw from my drink. He yanks the cup from me, splashing me a little in the center of my boobs and slams the cup on the table. "What the fuck ate you drinking? Why the hell are you taking drinks from strangers?" He glares angrily at me. "Why do you care, Charlie? Go back to your fucking dancing. I can take any drink I want from who ever I want. Got it?" I spat back, standing to my feet. Our nose almost touching. God he smells so good! I just want to rip his shirt off.

Serena waved her hand in protest, “I have a high alcohol tolerance! Come on, pour me some more!” “You can’t drink anymore!” Xavier reached to take the glass from her hand, but she quickly dodged him. Laughing lightly, he said with a tone of indulgence, “You’re so drunk you can’t stand, but your hands are still so nimble…” “Drunk? Who’s drunk?! I’ll tell you, I’m famous for never getting drunk after a thousand cups! Anyone who says I’m drunk, let them come here, and we’ll drink together to see who gets drunk first!”

Charlie, Yahiko, and Hiroshi exchanged glasses, while Nanako stood by and kept refilling his sake for him. Interestingly, Nanako only refilled Charlie’s sakem and Emi only refilled Yahiko’s sake. Therefore, Hiroshi could only refill his own sake. In Charlie’s opinion, the so-called ‘Laughing Dragon and Nine Heavens’ did not taste good at all. Aside from its pure rice fragrance, this thing was really lackluster. If he wanted to feel slightly drunk, the alcohol content should be at least 40%. For Charlie, this kind of sake was no different from drinking tap water.

Chelsea replied. Guy number two extended his hand. “Hi, I’m Shaun and this is my nosy friend, Max.” “I’m Chelsea and this…” She looked my way. “…is Charli.” Max lifted his brow. “You don’t look like any Charlie I’ve ever met.” “It’s Charli with an i.” He sat on the end of my chair. “Well, Charli with an i, would you like a drink or something?” I turned toward my half-filled glass of slushy. “I’m good, thank you. Besides, it’s not even noon. Isn’t that a little early for drinks?”

I turned to Sofia, my eyes wide. "Please tell me he is not drunk. Can vampires even get drunk?" "Well, he's not sober," she said with a look of pure exhaustion on her face.

They’re just Chara and Mason, two people who have feral attraction for the other. Later, when breath returns and buttons are redone, Chara lies half curled on the couch, purring softly like a woman, her shirt unbuttoned again but draped casually on her shoulders. “Coffee?” she asks, like they didn’t just nearly wreck her office with lust. Mason, still dazed, lips red and swollen, just nods. “Yes, ma’am.”

He looked extremely calm as if he drank only water. Charlie and the others could barely hold themselves up at this point.
