She forced herself to stay calm. “ You know that’s ridiculous right?” Eve tsked. “Calm down, I haven’t told Alex… yet.” Nora’s fingers curved into fists. “What do you want?” Eve’s smile widened. “Very good question. Moving towards her, curling her hair, I want to be Luna, the only Luna. And the only way that happens… is if you disappear.”

The clock struck midnight, and Eve launched herself at Sabrina. Sabrina seemed too stunned at this to move out of the way, so Eve landed on her, knocking her backward onto her back. Eve snapped at Sabrina’s neck, but Sabrina managed to push her away before she could make contact.
