He stepped forward, standing in front of me. “You know you are lucky it was me and not my mate,” he said, grinning menacingly. I visibly shudder. I am not a warrior. I barely went through the training to shift our first time. But Nora came from another pack. She is scary in combat. I gulped and nodded. “Good, you do have a guard outside. Just ask him what you need, and we will get it,” he said while he walked away, his back to me, waving his hand.

Her hair spread wildly because of the evening breeze, giving her a sultry look. "You might want to keep some distance from her," I rumbled, fixing my eyes on Aurora who didn't look unfazed with my appearance. Then I realized that she was trying to spite me. "And why should I do that?" The man who was talking with her replied rudely, though his eyes flickered with fear when he sized me up. "Because I'm her bodyguard and her boyfriend won't want to meet you here with her while you have a monster rising between your legs." I said and Aurora glared daggers at me.

I almost fell to my knees. I heard Mother Vilma's cry at the door of my open room. "Let go, Aurora," Ezekiel said softly. I shook my head and hugged Manuel even more. "Let go, Aurora." "Get out of here, please, Aurora." I was startled by Manuel's voice before he pushed me. "Get out of here. I can not forgive you." I was afraid at that time. "It's my fault. My fault." Mother Vilma suddenly hugged me. "Excuse me, Miss Aurora. She loves Chloe very much."

Alpha Ronald sighed and apologized for the weakness of their pack that Angel and Mira took notice of as soon as they came into their pack. “From time to time, check on them by surprise. Let my cousins do the hard work on strengthening them whenever you can’t and you’ll see the old pack’s defense again.” Angel smiled knowingly that his cousin loves action more than paperwork or staying at home. Return to your training.” Ronald speaks in his alpha voice making them obey and went back on their training which will be difficult since Arwel will lead their training.

I'm assuming you know this already before asking." The name rang in my ears. Aaron. A powerful man. A legend. His blood ran through her veins, and suddenly, everything made sense.

"Dust to dust," he recited the cliche ritual citations as I watched my father gradually disintegrate to complete ashes, the tears pricked the corner of my eyes but I blinked them back and squared my shoulders.
