Athena
Azazel stood outside the room, listening to their conversation.
“What’s up, mom?” Athena felt scared. That is when her tears streamed down, her already red eyes turned red, her eyes became puffy, and her nose secreted fluids. She was processing too much, crying so much with much pain. Her chin wobbled, and she rasped. Concerned took Athena’s face hostage, she grabbed water from the nightstand and handed it to Iris. The woman drank some water, but her tears still flowed.
“I don’t know,” Iris sighed, pausing to wipe her nose with the back of her hand.
