This baby has no soul; it is cursed to be Azrael’s human body by Satan. Azrael was currently running on the roofs of the houses in the spirit world, the replica of the human world but this place was only covered with blue and gray color. She spread her black wings then flew through the top of their mansion. After reaching this destination, she sat down at the top of their roof where her room is near. She returned back as a human and the place suddenly turned into a colorful world. She’s now back to being a human that lives in the land of the living.

I heard Azrael say from right next to me, right before she replied, “Yes, yes, you were just following the half-breed. I know,” She knowingly smiled, flipping on the table what seemed like a tarot card, only it had some weird symbols instead of the usual descriptive drawings. “Her soul is bound to yours... Interesting...” She muttered mostly to herself, not sparing a single glance at the card lying on the table, still keeping her gaze fixated towards the window. Okay, this is getting seriously weird right now. She then flipped yet another card, just like the last time, not even bothering to look down at it and with a deadly serious tone, she said,

"I'm here to buy fence posts. Six ground-treated cedar posts, six feet high, notched for double-strand wire." ‎ ‎Azriel didn't move to grab an order pad. He stood on the opposite side of the heavy table, towering over her, his large hands resting loosely against the rough cedar bark. ‎ ‎"No," Azriel said simply. ‎ ‎Kat blinked, a sharp spike of disbelief cutting through her chest. "Excuse me?" ‎ ‎"No," Azriel repeated, his tone deadpan and completely unbothered. "I'm not selling you fence posts today." ‎

Cole grumbled at Suzan. “We are only letting off some steam.” “I’ll give you letting off some steam!” Suzan snarled back at him and even without looking, Angel knew that her eyes would likely have flashed a bright silver, threatening to shift, threatening to become the beautifully sleek black wolf she had been gifted with when she had come of age. Suzen was lucky, all the Aplha pack were, and many of their pack besides. Practically all were beautiful or otherwise naturally gifted, everyone but Angel, who was seen only as the traitor’s daughter.
