{R} He's on edge because of the bad moon. "Cloud? What's wrong? You've handled the blood moon before?" Cloud stayed silent, too afraid to reveal what was really bothering him. "Cloud?" "It's Mia!" He finally said. "What about her?" "Look, I don't think she's my mate, but a wild part of me wants her!" Roman fumed and struck easily at his gut. "Excuse me?" Roman said darkly, making Cloud easily fall to his knees, groaning in pain. "I'm sorry Alpha, I know deserved that, but the truth is I can't handle the blood moon, this year."

When he left, I sat there on the floor for a long moment, trying to bring myself back to the moment, but I didn't get the chance to rest well because just then, another soft knock came. "Come in," I gasped out. A maid walked in. She was one of my mother's personal attendants. She looked young and had a glass of water and two small pills on a tray. "Luna Tasha, your medication." I frowned. I'd had lots of that at the prison. "Medication?" "Yes, ma'am. Ordered by your mother and the Alpha. They said you should take them before the ritual to help your nerves." I looked at the pills. "Where is she? Why didn't she bring them herself?"

I whisper desperately. Her breathing is weaker now. Her eyes flutter slowly. Arin presses his forehead against her hand. “Please Mama,” he whispers. “I need you.” The Moon Goddess watches silently for a moment. Then she slowly lifts her hand. The silver light around her shifts. Changes. The glow growing brighter with every second.

I reach for him but the monstrous Arkan grabs his throat and snaps his neck in a single twist. “No!” I scream until my throat tears. The monster drops my Arkan’s limp body and smiles at me with blood-soaked teeth. The woman grabs my wrist urgently, nails digging into my skin. “When the blood moon rises,” she hisses, voice warping into something monstrous, “you will choose. But hear me….” Her face distorts, melting into a skull. A scream escapes me as I struggle to free myself from her grip. “If you choose wrong, the world burns.”

"Has Padre ever been here, Madre?" The softness within her was beyond his expectations, causing his taut nerves to snap completely out of control. He swept her into his arms and placed her on the windowsill, lifting her legs to rest on his shoulders. A white mist quickly formed on the glass. She didn't hold back her moans as Luciano's deep thrusts continued. When climax hit, he ejaculated into her body. Fluid mixed with the milky white semen left a winding trail down to the floor as she pressed close against Luciano, catching her breath.

The beads of sweat on her entire body were bigger as she trembled. Anastacia began to slowly open her eyes that had just turned gold, and she looked directly at the full moon that was visible outside of the mouth of the cave that she was in. There was no mate beside her. She was alone, and her mate was just a figment of her imagination to somehow ease the pain that she was feeling. A sorrowful scream came out of her as the realization made her transformation quicker.

I asked because it’s not like we had anything better to do than talk as we tried to navigate this forest. “She had a lot to answer for. She didn’t confirm Melania was dead and claims she didn’t realize she wasn’t until the attack on Nebrodi when she felt her magic. This means Madonie could have taken down Nebrodi as they did because her magic was boosting their warriors.” Katrina explained.

On the flip side, his beautiful mom was none other than Maeve. Jasper looked up and saw Maeve. She looked cool and beautiful sitting on the motorbike, but somehow, Jasper felt irritated.
