He said almost like a whisper. Hearing this, I blushed hard and simply tugged the hair behind my ear to looking down, started preparing today's breakfast. Egg is something, nobody denies, so I tried to make a basic all-time favorite, a French cheese omelette, which Shanaya's touch. Taking the yolk and albumin separately in different bowls, I whisked the egg while till in became of meringue consistency. I poured the fluffy mixture in the frying pan, with some butter beneath.

Kacie, what the—“ Kacie abruptly cut me off and replied hurriedly, “It’s just pancake batter mixed with pink food coloring and a unicorn-shaped cookie cutter to create the shape. The sprinkles added a touch of sparkle.” Still puzzled, I nodded and headed to the kitchen. I started making pancakes for my niece and sausage and eggs for me and Kacie.
