AZRAEL

AZRAEL

I want him to look me in the eye and command his white smoke to eat him, and immediately his white smoke attacks him. “Aahhhh!!!” I heard him shouting. He tried to fight back but he can’t fight anymore, because it is his smoke attacking him that makes him weak. Not me. I know it is painful for him to be attacked by his energy, but I have no choice. He is unstoppable, that is why he needed to be stopped, and that is what I am doing. I made him look at me because I want him to see that it is not an illusion like what he did. It is real, his white smoke is attacking him for real, ready to kill him and little by little his light is shutting down and he is getting weak. I am absorbing his energy.

Until Death

Until Death

She wreaks havoc, destroying everything on her path as she makes her way to the Constantine desert, while her offspring are running after her, killing whatever is left that their mother flunked to see. Even though I couldn't get a perfect view of her, the little I caught was enough to let me know that she wasn't just any monster. She was indeed an ancient demon with two large horns on her forehead, which were blazing with fire, like Johnny from the Ghost Rider. She was taller than Sandra Elaine Allen by 9 inches, or let's just say twice the size of Sandra. Balrog has wreaked more havoc than I could have imagined in just a few hours. If she was given another tw

Rise of the Bloodstone King

Rise of the Bloodstone King

I rolled my eyes before turning back to Balor just as he blinked his vision clear from whatever he saw. "I can tell you that the book's magic is useless against her. Her magic keeps it blind. She is old magic and will be hard to track, especially now that she is heading into the dragon realm." Balthazar cursed under his breath. "Why is she heading there?"Apollo asked. Balor shrugged his shoulders.

Property of The Alpha

Property of The Alpha

Paige murmured in disbelief, and I was right there with her, and one look at Cliff and Parker told me they were just as fucked up about this as I was. This was all kinds of twilight zone, and I wasn't sure where to start. But somehow, I forced myself to push past the shock and the building questions in my mind. If Balor was this Dacian mix breed, then maybe Balthazar was the fucking Devil. And for once, I believe that Selene had actually gifted me something good in life. Even if it was two magical freaks, who had a crazy look about them that said they couldn't wait to shed some blood.

Great book!!! Good plots with minimal grammatical mistakes that can be overlooked. Just wish the antagonists final battle could be more epic as it was kind of anticlimactic hence less half star. Will look out for the next book

Wow. Mrs.rie has done it again! Another fantastic book. I am so excited to see how this ends. I love that she included some characters from her previous series. Colette and Zane are such a power couple and I just love how badass everyone is! If you haven’t read this yet, what are you waiting for!!?

White Wolf

White Wolf

Wolfgang raised the corner of his lips, and he approached Selina. When their faces were only ten centimeters apart, Wolfgang stopped moving. "you aren't human." Selina was see-through by Wolfgang, and her heart suddenly beat faster than usual. She didn't know why she was discovered, but she better not tell the truth. "Why am I not human?" Wolfgang saw that she was still stubbornly denying it, so he did not hesitate to take out the knife he always carried. Selina was also taken by surprise by Wolfgang's actions. He took a knife and cut himself into the flesh of his arm. But the strange thing was that the wound quickly returned to normal as if it had never happened.

Forsaken

Forsaken

He had seen this before and he refused to be the victim this time. “What is he doing?” Gluttony asked, he had never seen and AOD do anything like this before. “I’m not really sure, but whatever it is, you don’t want to be too close.” Pride answered. “Okay, we get Mr. Big bad AOD, you can stop at any point now.” Envy was getting bored with this pissing contest. She walked closer as Daniel lifted his sword. He was just about to swing and send her back to hell the same way he had sent Wrath before. But he was stopped as a voice rang out. It was authoritative and familiar. The tone gave off the sense of fear and anguish. It was none other than Abbadon herself.

Alpha Hugo - The Forced Rejection

Alpha Hugo - The Forced Rejection

“There’s a creature in there, born of my magic. It will stop at nothing to destroy you. Fight it, kill it, or die trying. Your choice.” Bruce’s eyes widened, but he didn’t hesitate. He stepped forward, his claws flexing as he prepared for the fight. The creature emerged from the shadows, its form a grotesque amalgamation of nightmare and dark magic. Its body was massive and hunched, with sinewy muscles bulging beneath slick, obsidian skin that seemed to ripple as though alive. Jagged spikes jutted out along its spine, and its limbs ended in razor-sharp claws that glinted in the faint moonlight. Its face was a horror—a maw filled with rows of jagged teeth, glowing amber eyes that mirrored Mal

The Lycan Prince’s Puppy

The Lycan Prince’s Puppy

It was strong and clear. “Kian.” Suddenly, a massive shadow appeared from the darkness. I recognized it all too well. Horns twisted from its head, and its eyes were a deep, horrifying red. I squinted to take a better look at it, quickly deciding that it wasn’t that familiar at all. This thing… It was Baelor, but the energy was much…darker. It moved toward me. Slowly at first, then faster and faster until a scream tore from my throat. “No!”

A year has already passed, and the book is still not finished. Although it is very well written (except for the chapters where the action drags), I have started to get bored. I keep waiting for “ the war that ends the world” but it never comes.

I used to wait for the chapters but now it is unnecessarily dragged on. Author builds up for climax so nicely but unfortunately it never comes which leaves reader frustrated and at some point gives up ( like me). Seems like lot of tease without any ending.
