I was shaking uncontrollably; I had to grab something to support my body. I could feel them moving towards me silently, snarling. I could hear their roar. I could even see one jaguar because it was in front of me while another one was behind me. I’m dead today! I thought. My hands were clammy and sweat gathered on my forehead, despite the chilly night. I wanted to run for safety, but my feet seemed rooted to the ground. What do I do? Where the hell is Luther? They roared again and made me jump in fear. I swallowed hard, looking around for something that would help me out, but all I could see were tall trees.

I look cautiously as the creatures raise their sharp-clawed paws. They look like a mixture between a cat, a bird, and a gargoyle. Their bodies are grey, and their back legs look like they belong to gigantic birds.
