“Better not, or I’ll just have to keep you locked in the bedroom until you remember,” I teased.
“Oh, well in that case; who are you again?” she teased right back.
“We’d better go, otherwise I will be locking the door.”
She nodded and we left the sanctity of our private bubble.
The rest of the house was quiet; everyone had already left for the banquet hall.
Banquet hall was more of a subjective term. The building was more like the size of a small city, but we are able to cram everyone in for all-hands events.
