Ravens of Eternity

Ravens of Eternity

Their serpentine roots spread all throughout the area, and ensured the trees would never get torn out of the ground. There was also a vast amount of flora to be seen, from tall stalks of grass to huge leafy bushes to mushrooms to vines to moss to wildflowers… you name it. “Do you all see the size of that insect?” asked Miko. “It‘s the size of my head.” She pointed to a dozen or so thin, spindly mosquito-like insects a half dozen meters away. The buzzing of their wings was soft, and easily lost among the sounds of the wetlands.

By the title itself, it was already something that would hook anyone immediately. And after reading a few chapters, indeed it was great. I really love reborn books/novels and I am not disappointed one bit at all! Love the Mc by the way.

It's great to read a book that the first scene is in outer space. Eva is calm, strong and you describe the background well enough to make me imagine it figuratively. Nothing to complain here. It's just perfect :)

Vampire's Moon

Vampire's Moon

Feeling invigorated, my pace quickened under the moonlight and I ran blindly until suddenly, something snapped on impact with my feet and I heard a squeaking noise. I didn't bother to turn back to see what it was, it just made me move faster, until suddenly, I was hoisted up in a net. “Who the fuck leaves a net in the middle of the woods?” I couldn't help shouting. I definitely wasn't expecting an answer and neither was the answer directed at me, but an answer definitely came. “Another Omega!” A rough male voice echoed in the forest. Sounded like he was pretty happy that his trap caught something, a werewolf to be rather specific.

Claiming the Moon

Claiming the Moon

~STORM "Bella, we need to get back to our hostel room first, okay," I said to her, and together, with our heads lowered to the floor, we ran into the midst of the crowds and into the hostel. It took us minutes and when we were finally able to get in, I couldn't thank the moon goddess enough. "I think something is not right with the environment," I said to her and she nodded her head while trying to catch her breath. "Has something like this happened before?"

Blue Moon

Blue Moon

He explained. “Really? That’s convenient.” I said with a chuckle. “I will try it later. Right now, I just want to feel the world around me.” I said while I looked up at the sky, sparkling with stars. I looked at the moon, which seemed to be smiling down at us, I smiled back. Thank you, moon goddess, for granting me this wonderful life. I tilted my head back and howled, for the first time in my life I feel normal, welcomed, and like I finally found where I belong. The others howled as well, giving thanks to the moon goddess. Soon more howls were heard, adding to the chorus being sent to the moon. It was so beautiful I felt a little teary-eyed knowing this was my pack.

THE CRYSTHALIAN CHRONICLES; From Lost to Hidden

Though he did have reservations about another pack, a werewolf pack, that kept causing issues or raising concerns about this new pack. 13) – The other pack, I think their name was the Moonlight River Pack, which was located near Salem Road and owned a wooden area on the North Landing River. I couldn’t understand why they cared about Cresent Luna since they were on the other side of city and had a whole forest to themselves and a lake. Cresent Luna had sections near the Chicco Bay, in my neighborhood and…

Nightmare Land

Nightmare Land

AS WE WALKED, DIFFERENT types of Invent’s and my creatures scurried under our feet. They were monstrous creatures that were part human, animal, and machine. They use the maze to travel to the outside. I even once tried to follow them and use their exit. The second I got within a couple of feet of the tunnels, they went in and out; they attacked me. I got a couple of scars from that experience, so I avoided them after that.

she said, and fled before anyone could thank her into a speech. They went out into a morning that behaved itself in order to be harder to oppose. The river offered practical advice in a cold, repetitive wave. Shops opened their eyes. The shoemaker’s wife stood in her doorway wearing an apron that had outlived three children, and next to her a landlord’s notice scowled from the glass: INCREASE DUE: Impact of Gatherings; Pest Abatement; Insurance Risk. “Pests,” the wife said, when she saw where Evelyn’s eyes were. “We had a mouse because winter. We killed it with flour and honesty. They want rugs.” She looked as if she would enjoy apologizing to no one.

MOONBOUND

I need to get out of here now. Outside, the night air is heavy. I head straight for the far end of the school grounds where an old plot of land lies forgotten. I hear it was once meant to house a new science lab, but the project was abandoned and nature took over. Now, it's just a wild patch of overgrowth—quiet, dark, and perfect for a spot to shift.

I said, then turned back to my plate to eat. “That’s right…Lunar Lake is on your property. That’s the watering hole for the wolves. You might want to stay clear of that part of the property.” Sherry bought out more fish and placed it in front of us, but I just stared at the basket. “It’s an all-you-can-eat fish fry,” Tyler said as he took two pieces of fish from the basket and placed them on his plate.

Reborn For Vengance

Reborn For Vengance

He ordered. She obeyed, muttering the incantation. The trapped soul turned blue, then coiled into the form of a mosquito. “Release it.” Lupus Tenebris ordered. “It will multiple and infect every wolf in Deathclaw. The venom will stir cowardice in their hearts. None will dare volunteer to drink the water. That will buy us time.” Smiling wickedly, Judy opened the bottle and the mosquito flew out dividing as it flew out of White Hollow. By the time it reached Wolf Kingdom, it was a swarm of thousands. They slipped unseen into homes.
