Alexander Georgia

Alexander Georgia

Ken stated, but Alexander shook his head in disapproval as he placed the cigarette in between his lips and lit up the edge before speaking. “I suspect Kal. He's been acting a bit weird recently.” “So is Lynn. I could sense this strange thing about that guy. He is always checking up on his phone and goes out to take phone calls as if they were some sought of a secret he doesn't want any third party to hear about.” He explained and slick back a piece of greased hair which has fallen into his face. A short grunt escaped his lips when he probably moved his injured lips more than he should have.

A Secretary's Vendetta

A Secretary's Vendetta

" I turned my gaze toward him, meeting his cold, determined eyes. It was an odd sensation, knowing that he held my life in his hands, yet I found myself speaking with an unwavering resolve. The words tumbled out of my mouth, carrying the weight of my love and concern. I knew what lay ahead for me was inevitable, but my concern for him transcended my own existence. The thought of him continuing to endure the anguish that had haunted his every step tore at my soul. I couldn't bear the idea of him being further burdened by guilt or despair. For a brief moment, a flicker of hesitation danced across Calhoun's face. In that fleeting instance, I saw a glimmer of empathy. Perhaps he understood the d

The Blood King's Bride

The Blood King's Bride

Two days had passed since the attack in the blood castle. Calhoun had been swarmed with obligations to fulfill. He had barely had time for himself, from planning the procession that would be used to mourn the death of those who died in the attack to devising a way to prepare for war while training his men. He currently sat in his study, going through reports of some temporarily appointed ministers. He was going to have to employ new people for that position. He sighed, gently placed the information he was reading on his table, and dragged his hands through his face.

The Rejected Omega: Lunawolf

The Rejected Omega: Lunawolf

"Why haven't I met any of them? Or do you just forget them as easily as you forget the women?" "I do not have a child Jinx...well not that I know of." He muttered the last bit to himself, but I heard it perfectly clear. "Not that you know of?" I repeated, my voice hitting a pitch that probably only the wolves outside could hear. "Oh, that’s comforting. Truly. So there’s just a small army of mini Calhouns running around the continent with brooding eyes and questionable morals?" Calhoun let out a low, vibrating laugh that seemed to rumble right through the floorboards and up into my heels.

Alpha Logan

Alpha Logan

I explained, tugging at my hair in frustration. “Deep breaths. Remembering the counting. Do the counting,” Chuck calmly instructed, taking his own calming breaths as if demonstrating. I tried to mimic what he was doing. It was somewhat working. But I’m always angry, or at least I’ve been angry since I haven’t been able to see Aurelia. Hearing her voice helps, but Jericho is growing impatient. “Why was Colby here? He shouldn’t have been here,” I questioned. Both looked at each other and thought about it. “I’m not sure,” Chuck eventually answered. “Probably for the funeral,” John shrugged. I raised an eyebrow, looking up at my brother like he was an idiot. “What?” he asked.

This story was an awesome read and so glad I read it all the way to the end! Granted I started reading the 3rd book before I realized that it was the 3rd book and not the 1st book as I was somewhat confused. I enjoyed getting to know the characters and how they interacted with each other. Great job!

Surely- this was my Uncle Caleb, Dad, and Uncle Fred's brother. "That's me. Who do I owe the pleasure to?" I reply, making him chuckle. "Right. Let me introduce myself. The name is Caleb. Caleb Knight, I'm the owner of Knight's Enterprise and the father of Andrew Knight. It's come to my attention that you are the man of the night." he says smiling, extending his arm for me to shake. I shake firmly, making his smile widen. "It's a pleasure, sir," I say, playing it off. Does he really not know we are related? Or could he be trying to pull my leg? Either way, I have a feeling I need to be careful with him.

Gunnar

Gunnar

No, I was the overachieving eighteen-year-old trying to pull off being the personal assistant to one of the biggest dickheads in the history of dickheads. My dad truly did have everything planned out for the day of my interview. He paid every person attending to leave, which left me as the only option to be chosen. Gunnar wasn't all too happy with that. My interview went to shit as well. It was one thing practicing in front of my father and a completely different thing when in front of Gunnar Astor. He wasn't only a brooding, arrogant, billionaire CEO but he was also handsome to the point he could probably be a God.

This book is a must read. I couldn't put this book down. The characters are very realistic and the story line is something you can actually see happening in real life; especially when you have a dysfunctional family. This book is full of humor as well. I absolutely loved it.

Loved is actually an understatement. One of the best stories I have ever read. Just finished Ace (freaking amazing, loved just as much) and going to finish this binge reading by reading Jericho. Worth reading all night, who needs sleep when you have these outstanding characters keeping you company!

he kept panting and kept thinking of how he would explain all this to Harmony. When Harmony opened her eyes…she looked as if she was lost but then she saw him… “Oh my God! Oh my God! Ichab! You did it! You brought us back…” Ichabod frowned, “Harmony, I’m sorry, I really wish I know how to explain and…” “Who are you calling Harmony? It is I, Dennis! I am back!” ** I

My Feisty Wife: Baby, You're So Sweet

Nick Jonah observed Callan, who was silent, and knew that he was extremely unhappy. Savannah was already separated from Master Handerson, but she kept breaking into Master Handerson's sight over and over again! She was always somehow entangled with other men. Yesterday, it was the Master Handerson's father-in-law, George Walden, and today, it was Master Junior! "Hiss!" Callan sneered as he stared at the two tightly embraced figures not far away without blinking. There was no need for any explanations. He was triggered, and his depression quickly condensed into a ball that blocked his chest, mixed with faint flames!
