THBM EP 165 ~DOMINIC~ The tyres of my black van screeched to a halt in front of a gigantic white paint house. The same house where I almost lost Alicia yesterday, the same house where the blonde fucker had her take his ugly shaft, the same house where his blood was going to spill today.

There wasn’t a lot of room for our bear to run here without going beyond Jack’s territory, but there were enough streets to circle a few times before we’d get bored. I shifted into my bear, who immediately nudged Elena’s, nipping at her neck and nudging her around. They played together like that for several moments before Elena’s Bear straightened and yipped. I took that to mean it was time to run, which I was more than ready for. “Don’t worry about us,” Amy said flatly. “We’ll be right here, just waiting on the two of you.” We ignored her unspoken complaint and took off. Well, Elena did.

There was a moment of shuffling and silence before a small voice filled my ear and my heart. “Mommy?” “Hi, teddy bear,” I managed to choke out through my thick throat. “Mommy!” he exclaimed, causing my eyes to fill. “How're you doing today, baby?” The tears fell, and I tried not to let them show in my voice. “I'm fine, Mommy. I had plenty of fun last night, but I can't find Blue. Do you know where he is, Mommy?” I laughed and found the blue dinosaur in the corner with my eyes. “Blue is at home, baby. I'll bring him for you when I see you this evening.”

I finally feel free, its like my shoulders were caring some weight. I bathed, brushed my teeth and went downstairs singing my favourite song on top of my voice. " Mommy daddy Mommy daddy Aiden and Andrew are donkeys I am Monkey. Mommy daddy Mommy daddy Anthony is Pig I am Monkey. Mommy daddy mommy daddy Aiden and Andrew are donkeys and i am monk-" I stopped singing and doing my weird dance when i saw that my family was there. Let me repeat. MY WHOLE FAMILY!!!!!! Well isn't this embarrassing.

With their constant barking and sounds the house has never felt more lively. Her family's mansion is huge and surprisingly classy than the little homes you see in their little town that's with more woods than houses and more wild animals than not. Blue bridge is a town where you would see a deer crossing the road, it has happened a thousands times and to top it all Dominica is a terrible driver...

Elara’s POV The sound of footsteps rushing down the stairs echoed through the house. A few seconds later, Blue appeared freshly changed and full of energy. The moment she reached the living room, she immediately began talking. “Mummy, Aunt Naomi, you should’ve seen the giant teddy bear in the store!” Her hands flew through the air as she spoke. “It was this big!” She stretched her arms as far apart as possible. Naomi laughed. “I think that teddy bear was smaller than you’re describing.”

They scream in unison at the top of their lungs. My mother, myself and Ele look at each other with a smirk curling on the corner of our mouths, knowing that our kids are too smart to fall for Holdens’ one magic trick he shows them all the time to keep them entertained. I wave my hand, gesturing for them to follow me, and we sneak out the sliding door. We quickly walk across the paddock in our heels to where the newly built cabin sits. “Ugh!” Ele cries out, wobbling on her feet as she struggles to keep her composure. “I always forget to wear my gumboots when I come here.” She shrieks with irritation.

Sebastian (Five Months Later) I leaned against the doorframe of Tasha’s private room, watching her turn the blankets from the box Mona and Tara had given her into a beautiful rug. The black and white sky frame she had created around the majestic bear in the middle was stunning and kept the attention on the majestic animal. She had turned the blue blanket into a stream and had made salmon leap from the waters.

"Look, Maple. The bear is big. Like the tall man. Like our daddy." "Yes!" Maple agreed, bouncing up and down on the sofa cushion. "Our daddy is bigger than the bear. He broke the door like a superhero!" "He did," Rosy whispered, her eyes wide as she looked at the page. "The bear has big paws, but daddy has big hands to save us." "And the water dragons can swim all the way across the deep ocean," Maple continued, pulling another paper from the middle of the stack. "They go to the warm islands when it snows. They follow the fish. See these little marks right here in the corner? Those are their maps."
