Her body sprawled in that fucking red dress like a taunt. My taunt. "Fuck you," she spat, but her chest heaved and her pupils were blown wide—whether from alcohol or anger, I couldn’t tell. She just melts into me. When she pulls back, I realize I don’t see the mark Zeus left on her neck. “Did someone apply makeup to cover my mark?” I ask in a whisper.

Rosalie looked over at her and smiled. “You know Ryan would never do anything to hurt you.” Rosalie told her as she walked over. Both girls where in sweaters and joggers. They where going for warmth and comfort on the chill fall evening. Rosalie still getting over the fact she missed all summer. She was actually looking forward to swimming in the lake specially with Asrar’s dragon.
