Dante watched Bella move through the conservatory of the Blackwood estate, her every step a calculated defiance of the expectations set by his aunt Evelyn. She hadn't worn the high-necked, pearls-and-tweed ensemble the family "consultants" had suggested. Instead, she had chosen a dress of deep, midnight navy that fit her with the precision of a tailored suit. She looked less like a grateful newcomer and more like a woman who had come to inspect the property before deciding whether to buy it.

I could only hear the echoes of congratulations, swimming in the air. Suddenly, Valerie dropped her bag on the ground and ran towards me with so much force. She grabbed my wedding dress with tears swimming in her eyes, “Why didn't you think twice before doing this to me? There were other men, Bella,” she pulled my dress stronger which each word that fell out of her mood. “Stop it!” I roared, pulling her away. It was difficult to do so. She clutched her hands to the gown.

Bella's POV I took a quick shower wearing a Navy blue long sleeved Chinese collared dress which hugged my body at the top with a lace bodice and flowed freely from my waist with a silky fabric that rested right under my knees. I wore the outfit with white four inch ankle boots to hide the bandages. Even though my feet ached but I had to look presentable. "Mommy!" Dylan's voice boomed through my room, "Dad said you should hurry up, else he is leaving without you!"

For once, I could be optimistic. Okay babe, I love you, He said and I could feel his smile in his words. I love you, I told him and soon we disconnected the mindlink to continue with the procedures of getting ready for the party. "What shoes would you like your highness?" The maid asked walking over to the shelves of foot wear. She picked out a silver pair and also black colored ones, with squinted eyes, I scrutinized them wondering which one would fit the black gown more. "Silver." I said to her, she nodded and walked towards me with the pair. They would go well with the dress as it had silver streaks on it too.

Bella is shocked and starts to cry because she thinks he's breaking up with her. He moves in closer to her "Without your promise to be my wife." He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a Diamond ring. "Bella, will you marry me?" Bella's face lit up with shock and joy as she lets out a loud scream of excitement. The sound echoed throughout the house, drawing everyone's attention. She screams so loud everyone comes running to see what was going on and they find her in his arms, Him holding her tight. "YES!! YES!! yes!!!" she says to him as her tears run down her face, she kisses him deeply.

She spun on her heel, the long train of her dress whipping behind her, and stormed out. The hallway blurred. Elevator. Lobby. She ripped the veil from her perfectly styled dark hair, kicked off her painful white heels, and shoved them into a trash bin. Barefoot and furious in her wedding gown, she flagged down the first cab she saw. “Neon Pulse. Downtown. Now.” The club pulsed with heavy bass and flashing lights. Bodies ground together on the dance floor. Bella marched straight to the bar in her full bridal glory, mascara already running. “Tequila. Keep them coming until I can’t feel my face.”

They checked for a few places that needed adjustments and finished off with the rest of the consultation for the day. “I don’t like these shoes, they are going to give me blisters,” Bella said after trying on the new pair of wedding shoes that just came in after trying on her dress. “Most new shoes are like that, but I want you to trust us with this,” the manager said and started explaining. I smiled because her reaction was just nice. I looked at Jennifer who seemed to be in a daze. This gown must be really beautiful. It shunned the chatterbox, Jennifer up. "Well, what do you think?" I asked Jennifer "Oh… Waw, just waw! You look wonderful Bella. Like the best bride ever! I'm certain Don Rodrigo will be pleased when he sees how you look," she said with excitement. "We have to look for a glass shoe. Something that glows her up and fits such a befitting dress," Jennifer added snapping her fingers as she signaled she wanted it done asap

She quickly began to help the lady in hiding her weapons. "You are right" Linda agreed as an afterthought. Just then Blaze walked in with a mysterious smirk on his face. Linda bowed and excused herself, leaving the couple alone. "What happened?" Bella asked eying him with a smile. Blaze wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her towards him. She is wearing a black gown, which is the signature color of the dark realm. Her dress hugs her waist and flares down to her feet. The shimmery material is shimmering when the sunlight hits its surface.
