"They think they’re a burden to us. They think they can just walk away as if nothing happened." Before Leon could respond, Mrs. Lea Kim hurried into the room. Her usual composure was shattered, her eyes shimmering with tears. "The sisters left! I am worried, sons. I am so worried about what is going to happen to them out there," she cried, her voice rising hysterically. "Find them, Leon! Jin! I want those girls back. They felt like my own children to me in the short time they were here!"

As if everything that had already happened wasn’t enough I had to gave him again at the celebratory buffet and I couldn’t decline the invite because it was my sister…. "Mama, I am scared. Can we go back home?" he said as he hugged my waist tightly. "Do not be afraid, sweetheart. Mama is here, and I will never leave you," I said to comfort him. “Mommy!” Belle shouted excitedly. I smiled as I saw her running toward me. She hugged me tightly. Toper tugged on my shirt. "Mama, why is that girl calling you Mommy?" he asked, looking at Belle. "Because I am her mother too. She is your big sister, your sister Belle," I said with a smile.

Veronica was severely burned, and in her desperation, she took James down with her. By the time everything was over, Monica and I had already moved on to our next destination. The view ahead was even better.

She cried. Mrs Lassey deftly glanced up at her husband at her daughter's words then back to Bella. “It’s okay dear.” She affirmed, brushing a hand on Bella’s hair. “I’m here now. There’s no need to be scared.” She assured. Baron, Bella’s kid sister watched in anxiety as her elder sister shook in fear under their mother's arms; not really sure of what was going on as she had never seen her like that. After spending some few more minutes in Bella’s room and being rest assured that she was better, everybody left off to their rooms with the exception of Mrs Lassey who insisted on staying.

Her little sister asked. “Of course i heard you Zoey. I’m not deaf,” she replied. “Go on and tell mother that i’ll be there shortly.” Belle added. Zoey looked at her elder sister with disbelief in her eyes but turned around quickly, running off. Right after her little sister took off, Belle got up from the grass, dusted off her clothes and headed back home. Belle lived in a suburban part of the capital city with her family. Her parents moved her and siblings around a lot which meant she had to change schools frequently.
