Kevin had gone above and beyond to satisfy my curiosity, and I couldn’t help but smile at his thoughtfulness. “Well, good job, Kevin. Thank you so much.” I said, before turning my attention to the documents. “Are you sure you found the right person?” Kevin just winked and said, “Trust me, I never make mistakes.” “I can’t find any photos of Ben, though. Do you have any?” Kevin’s smile widened as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a stack of photos. “Here you go,” he said, handing them to me. I flipped through the pictures and found one of Ben sitting on a park bench with a cigarette in hand, a mischievous grin on his face. With the other pictures of him, drinking on a rooftop bar.

It was still raining lightly. I was busy dropping off the wet from my jacket when someone called me. "Hey, Kevin! Would you mind joining us?" That familiar girl .. her name... I couldn't recall at that moment. What could be better than enjoying a finely aged wine in such cold weather but all I wanted to do at that moment was to spoon my little kitten in my arms cosily and let myself melt into her warmth.

Kevin stared at me silently. "Believe me or not—that man, Gabriel Stewart, is hiding something. He is not what you or others think of." I could see the intensity in Kevin's eyes as he spoke, his voice filled with conviction. "There's more to him than meets the eye," he added cryptically. "Kevin, please. He is my father. There must be some misunderstanding ." Kevin's expression softened slightly, but his eyes remained wary. "I hope you're right, but just be careful," he warned, savoring the food on his plate.

Kevin himself gave Xavia a death glare while growling, “How the hell could you have let this happen to Mom and Dad while I was gone?! Even you, Young Master Burton! At the end of the day, they’re older than you so how could you treat them like this!” Xavia already knew how much Kevin hated her, so she didn’t even bother to explain things to him. Instead, she looked at the operating room while asking, “What’s their condition?” Infuriated, Kevin roared, “I’m talking to you, Xavia!” Just as he was about to yank her over, however, Zivon stepped between them while growling, “They were asking for it. Also, if Xavia was as heartless as you claimed then why did she bother coming over?”

What had happened to her? He pressed the button on his desk phone. “Call me Kevin,” he said calmly into the speaker. A few minutes later, the door opened, and a tall man in a black suit stepped in. Kevin’s blond hair was neatly combed, his face clean and sharp. His expression was as professional and blank as always. “Mr. Knight,” he greeted with a respectful bow of his head. His semi-deep voice carried quiet authority. “Kevin,” Theodore said, spinning a Rubik’s Cube between his hands without even looking up. “I have a task for you.”

“Oh, Silvia, be a dear and bring tea and cakes; thank you.” When Steven and Yonda entered, Kevin had his back to the duo, looking out the large window overlooking the city like a magistrate overlooking the kingdom. They could only tell he was middle-aged with little silver in his hair and well-built. “I would like to establish a comuni-ca with the CEO of Elon Trust, sir,” Steven said, standing before the desk with his granddaughter beside him and Sylvia sitting on the couch about to enjoy the show that’s about to take place. Kevin, not looking in their direction, only nodded but stayed silent.
