Best Horror Books Ever Novels & Stories

See? This was such a beautifully yet tear-jerking novel I have ever successfully crafted an idea with, a few months ago. But after I have encountered all the horrible occurrences for the past months, I came back to work and turned this sad and romantic novel into a mystery and horror novel, which made all my work colleagues and supervisor absolutely petrified. They have no idea that I was even more shocked and horrified when I have suddenly realized that my novel had suddenly become so dark and twisted. It was beautifully written, like a psychopath has written a novel for the very first time.

I hope I do not end up screaming so loudly that my baby decides to make an early entrance into the world. I have always preferred romance novels over any other genre. There is something comforting about them, even if they do not always reflect reality. Horror, on the other hand, fills me with dread. It gives me a wild imagination, and I often end up with nightmares after reading or watching anything scary. I remember the times in school when my roommates would roll their eyes at me during horror movies because I could not stop screaming. I apologize that this book is really short with less than 30k words in all. I plan to edit it at some point and make it better. I figured that a really long Horror book might be less interesting and would just seem drawn out. I've not read a lot of them but I watch horror movies so I wrote this like I would picture an Horror movie. I appreciate all those who stuck with me and read Reincarnation regardless. Thank you all. Toying with someone's mind and keeping them in my palm was what hooked me. When I was in school, I chose to live in the dorms whenever possible, just to shape the people around me. The dorm I lived in during middle school was never at peace. Sudden injuries and even deaths kept happening. I drifted among them, watching their families weighed down by pain, guilt, and grief, and I felt a rush like nothing I had felt before. When we were assigned dorm rooms in college, the moment I first saw Jacob, I knew that he was just like me, a natural-born sociopath. But he was my prey.

PATHETIC DRAMATIC melted and re‑formed. SCARED CREATIVE “I made horror because I was scared,” I said. “Not because I was weak. His wrinkled face looked like it was crawling with countless wriggling worms. I shuddered and stepped back, whispering to Silvia, "Good thing I've got you. This place is terrifying." She snorted and suddenly shoved me forward, straight toward George. With an icy laugh, she said, "This pretty boy will make a great offering. You're going to love him." Before I could react, George gestured, and several eerie puppets stepped forward to pin me down and drain my blood. A sharp bell rang out, echoing through the night.

But still, my eyelids are absolutely reluctant to close. As I lay there staring blankly at the ceiling, I suddenly remembered Javier’s collection of horror books. That’s right. A while back, I’d idly picked up one of his scary stories. Since I’m actually a scaredy-cat, every time I read one of those horror stories, I’d immediately be scared out of my wits and end up falling asleep from emotional exhaustion.

Whatever it was, I didn't care but of course, I knew there was something more. I opened the book flipped through the old pages and dread settled thick within my heart. This wasn't just some quack book you could buy on A****n or any local book store. This was the real deal and I could feel the presence of evil as I bent over to examine the pages. There was a section on human sacrifices and spells. There were so many different sections about occult practices that were unspeakable and gruesome.

I glared at the book till I was on my bed and the book never opened - maybe it is my illusion. I ducked myself into the sheets and this time I could hear the flipping of a book - The book. I was scared as hell because when I was still young, I read a lot of horror stories without the consent of my mother, Nahigra. I stared until the last flip of a page. Gradually and slowly as I can, I left my bed to see what my eyesight can't comprehend. To my surprise, it was still that same chapter and a phrase written in bold, "WHEN EVERYTHING GOES SOUTH, DO NOT GO NUT?"
