RISEN: THE LYCAN PRINCESS

RISEN: THE LYCAN PRINCESS

Angie pointed out, and all three of my mates chuckled. "And yet, I can´t seem to shake the feeling that most of the decisions I have to make concerning this bond, I must make them alone, so maybe he was not that far off..." I said, and she nodded. "He was right on point with mine... I am the Lycan princess and the Human... Grecco is the Seer...Asteria is The Priestess..." She smiled, and I looked at her. "Wait! If Asteria is a priestess, it means she can ask the Goddess directly... right?" I said, and Angie sighed.

Reborn For Revenge: The Alpha’s Heiress

“Then fight back. We’ll win this together.” Our bond flared again, faint but there, like a promise the darkness couldn’t erase. “Gabriel!” Jace’s voice snapped my head up. He stood at the ready, blade flashing. “Incoming!” The tent flap rustled violently as if pushed by a storm. And then she was there. The priestess. She stepped inside like the shadows had carried her, her form solid and whole, no longer weakened. Her eyes glowed like embers, her smile dripping venom. The air bent around her presence, suffocating, undeniable.

Elise and the Scorpion King (Magical Journey Series Book 1)

Elise and the Scorpion King (Magical Journey Series Book 1)

His voice reverberated all over the quiet temple now. “Yes, my king,” she readily answered with a resigned voice. The witch priestess shut her eyes tightly before she opened them again. She stood up and retreated from the king’s presence. She ascended the stairs to the second floor of the temple where her four poster bed was near the vast altar. The altar contained a wooden carved goddess Bast, whose head was that of a feline. Her room smelled of flowers, herbs and incense. She knelt down in front of the altar and started her ritual. She mumbled some prayers of protection against their enemies, specifically from the foreigners, before going to sleep and had a rest. She had a feeling it would

Faking the Mate Bond

Faking the Mate Bond

Reese said, obnoxiously which clearly didn’t go well with the light benders. “Reese!” Willa whispered angrily. “They are your elders. Talk to them respectfully.” “Is this your son, priestess?” A female light bender stepped up the stairs, getting closer to Willa. Black hair, blue eyes and a beautiful face. She chuckled. “The son of our most potent priestess definitely got the sharp tongue of the devil. I have been yearning to meet your family. What a shame, your purity was sold…” “Astoria, mind your language. It was a great sacrifice made by priestess Willa in service of the supreme,” another male light bender stepped up.

One of the most beautiful stories I’ve ever read in this platform. Well written, strong characters with deep backgrounds, a more than decent emotional rollercoaster… OMG! This author has my standing ovation from the bottom of my heart. Thank you!

Alpha Orion

Alpha Orion

She didn't try hard enough, and she knew she’d made a grave mistake that may cost her her brother. “What have you done with Beau?” She gritted out, leaning over the table separating them as she glared at him. The hunter walked back into the room before he could respond, but this time, he wasn't alone. Behind him, a woman clad in flowing silver robes with the front smeared in dried blood followed, her dark lips chapped and dried, but her eyes held a quiet wisdom, one so ancient and thought to have been lost to time that even she recognised it. Rey had never met the high priestess, but the moment their gazes locked across the room, she knew it was her.

muttered the anxious Gerald to himself. It was clear that all that priestess had said was bullsh*t. After all, Gerald hadn’t even heard of masculine aura being able to stunt recovery! Regardless, rather than giving those individuals blessings, she was definitely going to absorb the remaining masculine aura out of them! Those ten people were going to die just so that the priestess could increase her cultivation…!

It's a good book as far as I have read so far. I'm getting discouraged, though. I'm running out of patience and time for these types of stories. "Neverending" stories where some chapters repeat themselves for some reason or other drives me bunkers. Just saying. I prefer shorter stories.

Leading My Family to Glory

Leading My Family to Glory

A trace of ferocity and anger appeared on his face, which was covered with deep wrinkles and cysts. He got up and strode away from the altar. “Priestess, what are you doing?” When he saw that the priestess was killing his pets, Gargamel was exasperated. The priestess didn’t stop at all. Instead, she flew out from the sedan chair and stopped in front of the lowland, which was filled with corpses. She spread her arms, and a flash of brilliant white light suddenly erupted from her body as she glanced at the mountain of bodies that were piling up on the ground.

Love all the characters especially ML and FL. True love bonding. Tyr never sets his eyes on other women tho surrounded by them n possesses s/natural powers. Unlike some amazingSIL stories abandoned the wife for hundreds of chaps, he always keeps in touch wt his wife. Lots to learn from this story.

Bathala's Forsaken Daughter

Bathala's Forsaken Daughter

"Anyone else you think will survive the road." She was quiet for a long time. Long enough that the amber light under the door shifted as someone walked past in the corridor. "There's a woman named Bayang on level one," she said finally. "She was a herbalist before the debt collectors. She knows the mountain passes north of the Tondo border." Another pause. "And a boy named Kael on the surface sorting team. Sixteen. His mother died last season. He has nothing left here to convince him to stay."

Sold to the Lycan King

Sold to the Lycan King

The old priestess worked at her altar, her back turned. “Reverend Yara,” I called softly. She turned as if sensing me, though I stepped into the chamber without invitation. Her eyes were pale silver, the color of moonlight on ice. “You walk with heavy burdens this night, King Leofric,” she said, her voice soft . Yet under that soft tone was a steel thread. I dropped to one knee. “Forgive my intrusion, holy one. I need counsel. I need wisdom." She nodded, as though she had expected me. “Stand, child of frost. The spirits have been restless since the bond was wrought.”

Berserker

"She fancies herself a warrior. Granted, she has no small skill with her sword and bow, but she is only a woman. Magnus indulged her when she was younger, but now she is of marrying age, and he has other plans for her. Or so I've heard." After looking around to make sure they were not overheard, Birger chimed in but in lower tones. "The older woman is her mother, Astrid." At this name, his countenance changed to one of something akin to fear. His voice lowered even further. "Watch out for that one. Everyone says she is a witch and very powerful, and I don't doubt it. You didn't hear it from me, but Magnus is half afraid of her, I think." Brand chewed on his heel of bread as he took in the me
