His hands were still on my neck, making breathing very difficult for me, too. “You will not reject me,” he ordered gruffly, and I nodded rapidly in fear. The man looked like he was going to hurt me. This was the first time I saw him up close and personal; his eyes looked like they would eat me up. The gray space looked empty like I was staring into the devil's soul, only that Alpha Lucius had none. “Am I fucking clear?” he shouted, and I nodded again before realizing he was blind and he couldn’t see me. I wouldn’t give up this easily; I wasn’t a weakling. I am an alpha wolf and wouldn’t let him intimidate me like this again.

The hooves of our horses awaken some of the people of my pack, causing them to peek out their windows and doors to see what the commotion is about. Before long, we reach the courtyard of the palace and begin to dismount. After a quick debriefing, I release the men to go home to get some rest. Footsteps came back. Then he turned off the lights. Darkness. My real eyes screamed for light, but the white lenses blocked everything. I breathed slow. In. Out. A phone flashlight clicked on. Beam straight into my eyes. I didn't blink. Ten seconds. Twenty. My eyes burned behind the plastic, but my face stayed empty. Bored. *Blind.*

Justin let out a low chuckle as he spanked my ass once again while I trembled against him. “Pick a blindfold, stunning.” Justin murmured after a few seconds, pointing at the two blindfolds which were citrently being held up by Blaze. One was black and the other was white, I personally liked the white one, it was one of my favorites because aside it being decorated with real diamonds, it gave me this illusion that I was innocent, when indeed, I wasn’t. “The white one.” I watched and gulped as Blaze moved towards me, “I’ll miss staring into these gorgeous eyes.” Blaze murmured right before the blindfold covered my eyes, cascading me in complete darkness which I eagerly welcomed.

Jagged vertebrae strung together, some notches still stained with dark, dried blood. A sickened gasp slips from me, my fingers trembling as Braden presses the handle into my hand. The weight of it is cold and heavy, settling into my palm with a horrifying finality. My wolf whimpers, shrinking back into the recesses of my mind with a soft, keening cry. I can’t breathe. My vision blurs, bile rising, but then I see them—two eyes in the dark. Storm-grey and luminous, fixed on me with an intensity that pins me to the spot.

I stood up to face my people slightly shuddering at the thought of ruling such a large amount of people someday. The hideous screeching noise of a blast made a series of heads turn to the sound and from the fog of smoke mixed with the smell of blood which itched my nose, came the one only Malcom Black holding what looked like a Ruger Mini-14 Tactual Rifle. Don't get thrown off by the word mini, this is a very large rifle and has firepower which even I can't handle. "Party's over sister."
