Black Magician の小説・ストーリー

Lilith’s POV The next morning, Magnus summoned me to his study. He didn’t smile. He just gestured for me to sit, then he leaned forward, resting his elbows on the desk like a man about to make a deal with the devil. “There’s a pack,” he began, with his dangerously low voice. “Blackwood.” I nodded, recognising the name instantly. Blackwood was a respected and powerful pack. I had tried going there to see if they'd take me in, but other rogues told me they were unapproachable.

Dear Reader, If you thought stumbling across this story means you'll get a happy ending, and it'll be fun, and adventurous with nothing bad happening at all, think again! This is a tale of one brave human being known as the saviour of Magicia who stumbled upon a world with some similarities to earth. It's not without its pitfalls, however, that this planet is prophesied to be no more, and the saviour is at the forefront of this.

She was a legend people either feared or pretended not to know. And Blackwood had witches. Hybrid, lunatic, chicken-blooded witches who could sniff secrets out of bones and dreams. “Vivienne Moreau,” he called, voice sharper now, and deliberate. “Open the damn door.” Yep. That was it. Funeral bells. End credits. Roll the fucking montage. I can see my family calling me to join them in hell. “Damn you, Atlas Blackwood,” I muttered under my breath, pacing once, twice, then stopping dead.

In the center of the circle burned a brazier filled with black flame. “Cultists,” Zevran muttered. Kaelira nodded slowly. “The Order of the Eclipse. I thought they were gone.” “Apparently they didn’t get the message.” Before they could move, one of the figures turned toward them. Beneath the hood, the eyes glowed red—Moonlight twisted wrong. “Children of the Black Moon,” the voice hissed. “You sealed what was ours.” Zevran drew his blade. “Not sealed enough, apparently.”

I didn’t miss the way her fingers curled slightly, as though reaching for something to hold onto. “Speak,” I said. His gaze shifted to Gina first. “You must never allow Darius to see Daniel again.” The words hit like a strike. Gina’s breath caught. “What do you mean…?” “There is black magic already working on Darius,” the magician continued, cutting through her question. “Dark, consuming… and unstable. If he comes in contact with the boy, the magic may transfer… or worse, latch onto him.” For a moment, everything inside me went cold.

a shaky voice spoke up from the back of the room. I turned my head. A very old, frail archivist stepped forward, trembling slightly under my intense gaze. "The Blackwood line has existed for centuries, my King," the old man stammered, clutching a stack of notes to his chest. "Long before the Eastern Kingdom outlawed blood magic, your ancestors fought against it. There are rumors of an ancient text. A grimoire written by the first Northern healers. It contains a specific, highly concentrated ritual designed to sever a parasitic tether by suppressing the host's magic instantly, without harming the victim."

I looked harder out the thick glass doors, peering through the rain. There was a faint silhouette of a little boy around eight running frantically around glancing up at the sky and into the shadows everywhere. I sprinted out the doors, the fat drops coming down on my uncovered head. “What’s wrong?” I stopped dead in my tracks. Sprinting around high in furious circles was a huge black shadow. Its deep red evil eyes shot through my soul and made me stagger back into the hard doors. It looked like a black ghost, but it had a ragged gray exterior that looked like pasty, dead skin covered in deep cuts.

Luckily, Red was made of tough stuff. “We are One.” He heard himself say, and he wasn’t even sure where the words were coming from. From a deep ancient place of power; of very old and very wild Magick. “We are unified. This Pack is now remade. “We are now the Balsam Pack. Rise, and do my bidding, curs!”

Liam’s explanation made my frightful heart calm down a little. We returned to the books researching for another two hours before we began to calm down and mark out pages, the answers we were seeking were beginning to come forth. “I found something.” Lucas was the first to speak up. “What did you find?” His brother asked him, my attention was also drawn to it. “It says here that a black magician can use the body of a weaker wolf and use his body. However, the wolf must be alive unless the possession will not be complete or capable.” “A possession? So is it trying to say that it is the pale-faced man that took over Abel and we have not been dealing with Abel at

There’s a room full of strange apparatus and unknown machinery. A robed figure stood before the bed made from black stone. The bed has many strange runes carved on it. Those runes look hellish and unholy but full of unimaginable power. The blood red light shone from those runes upon the robed figure and beyond. The robed figure is The Black Merchant himself. Behind him, there was a black abomination. Its mass consists of countless organs such as eyes, mouth, intestines and countless blood veins with ever changing nature. It’s creeping toward a lifeless body on the stone bed.
