Black Raisin Cookie Mga Nobela at Kwento

Charlotte POV: "Do you think I made enough cookies?" I stared at the piles and piles of freshly baked cookies that were covering every inch of the counter. I made a small variety of shortbread, chocolate chip macadamia cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and macadamia cookies. The chocolate chips and nuts sunk deeply into the soft, baked dough, making sure that the eater had a taste of them with each and every bite. "If Timothy stops eatin' them they'll be more than enough." Raven sneered.

Higgins said to Julie. “Would it interfere with your day if I did a little baking? I need a hands-on activity that doesn’t require much thinking. “What did you have in mind?” Julie knew Ms. Higgins was thinking about her kitchen stock and the drain that would happen from this. “I’m considering baking cookies, but I need to see what ingredients we have first.” “I believe I have enough oatmeal. There are raisins, and I know you like cinnamon oatmeal and raisin cookies.” “That’s perfect. I’ll get what I need. I’ll try not to get in your way.”

Rayhan grabbed a cupcake and Alejandro went for a cookie. "These smell burnt…" "They taste fine." Raihana said innocently. "Meh…" He shrugged and took a big bite. Oops? The guys definitely took big bites… He gagged and spat it out into his hand. "Who the fuck made such crap?!" Me and Raihana burst into laughter at the look of complete annoyance and unhappiness on Raven's face, as she stood there hands now on her hips. "They are not that bad! The icing takes the edge off!" She grumbled.

The house smells delicious mixed with Rosa’s scent, and I breathe in a sigh of relief. “Baby, I thought we discussed you resting,” I walked up to her, pressing a kiss to the top of her head. She glanced up at me with a smile, “How could I pass up the opportunity to have fresh baked goods?” Rosa raised a cookie into the air towards my mouth, “Try this.” I dipped down, biting into the cookie. It was my favorite, peanut butter, and I closed my eyes, trying to release my anger, “I was worried when you didn’t answer your phone.”

“We know. She’s tougher than you, probably.” “Oh, no doubt,” Damien agrees, earning a laugh from the group. Katie opens the cookie box, revealing an assortment of intricately decorated treats. “I baked these last night. There’s chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and some experimental ones with peanut butter and white chocolate.” Carol eyes the cookies eagerly. “You really know how to make a new mom feel spoiled.” Sarah pulls sandwiches from her bag, setting them on the table. “I figured you’d need something savory too. These are chicken salad and turkey avocado.”

“Wow, that's awful,” “Heh,” Cecil chuckled lightly, taking a sip from her tea. “He forgot me quicker than I thought.” I didn't press her for more details. It was clear from her expression and gestures that she wasn't comfortable talking about her past relationship, and honestly, I wasn't either. Taking a cue from her, I took a sip of my tea and selected one of the vibrantly colored cookies from the tray. “These are from Meyers. They make the best rainbow cookies,” Cecil informed me, a wide smile brightening her face.
