The siren abruptly halted as one of the airships exploded. Salem had arrived.

The echoes lowered their blades. The scarred woman looked toward me. “Fate has already started moving.” The b lood moon pulsed. A black line crossed its surface like a crack. Cassian stopped fighting. His expression turned hard. “That is not a warning.” Raiken came to my side. “What is it?” Cassian looked toward the eastern horizon. Ships appeared beneath the red light. Black sails. Silver wolf emblems. Thousands of them. At the centre sailed a vessel built from white bone.

Sam continued. “Multiple naval vessels approaching coastline.” I stepped forward. Eyes locked on the tactical screen. American flags. Warships. Closing distance. “Any vessel that approaches our waters…” My voice didn’t waver. “…is hostile.” A pause. “Sink them.” No hesitation. No doubt. ⸻ Ocean – Live Combat Feed Missiles launched from the island. Cutting through the sky— Then diving. Precision strikes. The first ship— Hit. A massive explosion tore through its side.

And beside him, Claire, her hands clamped over her mouth, her eyes wide with absolute, screaming horror. "See you in hell," I whispered to the sky. And then the dark, freezing water swallowed me whole. [FADE TO BLACK] [END OF SEASON ONE]

A strong hand clapped him on the back drawing his attention forward. “Look, see there!” Dean said, pointing to the Black sails coming around the corner. Gavin's first reaction was to grab a hold of Dean for touching him but paused. Gavin’s eyes spotted the ghost-like ship gliding across the ocean. It was still as haunting as the first time he laid eyes on it. It was a ship from nightmares but it was stunning. He spotted her golden hair as the ship drew near. The doom in his stomach fading slightly. The Evening Star pulled up alongside the Morning Star day and night at a stand still.
