The door opened and Nneka told him to come inside. "Shut the door," Nneka said as soon as Blackwheel came inside. Blackwheel obeyed. "What can I get for you?" She asked. "I am fine," Blackwheel said, managing to create a smile on his face despite what he had done to the hunter. "My mother has left to visit a friend. You have to wait for her to be back if you want me to forgive you for what you have done." Blackwheel accepted her terms and folded his hands, feeling uncomfortable that he was reuniting with his family with blood on his hands.

She felt like a failure as a mother. Sebastian nodded. "I'll take you there." Right now, she needed her son's company more than anything. After dinner, Sebastian drove Lisbeth to the hospital himself. They found Dennis lying bored in his hospital bed. The child was still weak and could do little more than rest. Seeing his mother, his face lit up. "Mommy." Lisbeth gently stroked Dennis's small face. "Mommy's here to see you. I'm staying with you tonight." At three years old, Dennis didn't understand much about the world. But he understood this. "Yay, Mommy stays."

All I could do was stare as the new man and woman stared at me. "Kwen, these are your grandparents, my mother and father, Anthony and Tori Blackwolf of Blackcresent Moon pack.
