Out to sea at anchor rode Salladhor Saan's great Valyrian amongst the striped hulls of two dozen smaller Lysene galleys. The lobby was instantly filled with an alcoholic stench. Blackie, Patrick, Maxine, and a few others who stood closer to the booth were all splashed with beer and snacks. It's an essential Blackthorn tradition." They found a quiet, secluded booth in the far corner of the tavern, away from the roaring hearth. A hurried tavern maid dropped two wooden bowls of thick, questionably gray stew onto the table along with a loaf of hard, crusty bread, before rushing off without a second glance.
