I just need… Blue eyes form behind my eyes, I close mine tightly willing the image to disappear. I open my eyes quickly and flip Bailey over, looking into her dig doe browns. I wildly buck into her, but her face becomes blurry and the image of a blonde with those electric blues comes flooding back skewing my vision.

I have to close my eyes until they adjust. After turning off the persistent alarm on my phone inside my purse, I head to the bathroom. The horrible image that the mirror returns fills me with surprise, it's the first time in my life I've seen such a mark on my body! My right eye is completely black, its interior very red; my lips are so swollen I can barely speak; two blue spots are marked on each side of my face. Tears start flowing again while I feel like the most despised and wretched woman in the world.

While blinking slowly, Arleena tried to neutralize the pain in her right eye. "Does your eye need blowing out?" asked Sherlynn, who had tilted her face to watch Arleena more intensely. I bent my face down and blinked my eyes again but nothing relieved me. “I don’t know… My eyes… There’s something in it, I guess” I said while rubbing my eyes. “Don’t rub them, Em…” Melissa said and grabbed my hand to move it down. “Wait… Let me go to the bathroom and splash some water on my eyes” I said then handed over the jacket to Melissa after which I continued, “Hold it for a while. I’ll come back”
