She wore her hatefulness like a damn medal. “Actually. I have an idea about that.” I said. The meal we’d had not too long ago was for sure both mine and Elijah’s favorite. The salmon. The cucumber tomato salad. The deviled eggs and mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The restaurant has tons of other selections. And why not have our favorite meal at our wedding. Twenty minutes later we’d secured the caterers. Blind Spot .. the restaurant would handling all the food and drinks at our wedding. They also had a bar there and they had a package that included bar tenders and alcohol. Things were shaping right up.

Asked the host. “Yes, please.” Ben told her and she was off and to grab them a menu. “I don’t know a lot about wine but I’ll drink whatever you recommend.” Meredith told Ben and then looked around. The place was dimly lit and not very large. There was a bar in the corner of the room that took up about a fifth of the space and the rest of the area was speckled with wooden tables and stools. She looked at the menu that had been handed to her and noticed that Ben was right. The menu was heavy in pork related items. She ordered chorizo stuffed olives and braised shoulder. Ben got a bacon pate dish and pork belly. He ordered them both pinot niors and they sat back.

By noon this place is packed and sold out. We sit. “What you getting?” I ask. She tells me, and I go to order our food. I get my usual, Italian sausage, green pepper, and cheese pizza puff. Massive. Basically a small pizza folded inside out with beer-batter crust and dipping sauce. Tempest orders an Italian beef with mozzarella cheese, extra cheese, hot and sweet peppers, toasted. We split fries. Drinks are self-serve. I bring the drinks back with the table number and sit down.

Sometimes Maddie wondered if he was simply oblivious to the ladies' stares or he was aware but just didn't care. "I will have your smoked brisket chili, St. Louis ribs and pineapple coleslaw. Then for drinks, I'll go with a mocktail." Drew closed the menu and looked at her. "Let me guess…something greasy." She grinned. "Hater." "At least we can be sure that this bistro offers fares that are sure to be belly filling." "Knock it off." She chuckled. "Are you trying to embarrass me or something?" Aiden looked at Drew then at her and then back at Drew. "Now I'm curious."

"Uhmm...maybe you should have some appetizers. We have king crab and shrimp cocktail with a bowl of warm Sunchoke soup." Zari said to the handsome young man that had her heart beating erratically as she fought to remain calm. "At twelve, I'll have the Tomahawk steak for two, medium well, with the red peppers and caramelized onions, the heirloom apple salad, the Tuscan black kale with polenta, and a side of you. Oh, please bring us a bottle of Domaine La Tour Vieille, Vin Dous Naturel, Banyuls to accompany the meal." Devon ordered it all without looking at the menu. Eyes fixed on Zari. She couldn't deny it was sexy and impressive, but there was one problem.

He answered me. I nodded. That's why I don't understand why it's sudden because even they won't know until it happens. "But it's fast, right? We were only there for a few days at the Waldorf, then suddenly it's the blessing of the moon." I commented and the waitress came to take our order. "Beef Skewers and two wraps of dumplings," Estrebelle promised here. "For both of us." The waitress immediately made a list, then bowed to us and returned to the counter to give the order.

“Here you go. I put the appetizer order in, as well. Did you ladies want to order entrees?” Blaze ordered a burger and Brynn ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap. Amerie decided on the California burger. Tristan jotted down the orders and let them know he’d be back with their entrees. Amerie took a sip of her margarita. The fresh jalapeño perfectly complemented the peach and tequila. She eyed Blaze’s purple drink. “What is that?”

I took the menu in front of me and start checking the food that they are serving. “Have you already choose your order, Sir?” asked of the crew who still standing beside me, waiting for me to tell my order. “Ah, yea,” I replied, “I want two Salmon Bowl, Tuna Poke Bowl, Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Steak Stir Fry. For the drinks, do you have a ram here?” “Yes, Sir, we have a ram here.” “Okay, then one bottle of it. That's all.” “Two Salmon Bowl, Tuna Poke Bowl, Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Steak Stir Fry and one bottle of Ram, is that all, Sir?” she repeated to confirm if she didn't miss out.

"Layla, don't bring boyfriends like this to reunions. You might not be ashamed of him, but we think he's an eyesore!" "That's right!" The women all said venomously. Layla almost fainted with anger. There was a knock on the door. A polite voice traveled through the door, and then a trolley was pushed in. One of the restaurant's signature dishes, roasted bass, was on the trolley. With it were oysters, Alaskan king crab, lobsters, and a bottle of Château Lafite-Rothschild red wine from 1982. The waiters served every dish.

"And I am so hungry since you said I shouldn't eat, I will have to order enough to satisfy my hunger." "You're free." He smiled and handed the menu book to the waiter who was waiting to take our order. "Get me Kansas lily style barbecue, macaroni and cheese, also add London broll." I smile after he placed his order so I hand over my menu book and leans to my hand as I faced the waiter to place my order. "Get me a fried chicken with macaroni and cheese, collard greens breaded fried okra, cornbread, Brunswick stew, a soppy joy sandwich with a side dish coleslaw and baked potatoes." I glance over at Jeffery who still seems calm.
