Tried as he might to just lie around there and let deaths unfold, the ground was rather shaking so hard he’s being nauseated. Sighing, he shuffled on his feet and made his way outside, and what a sight was to behold. A stupendous burst of light took his eyes by surprise. It took him a lot of blinking to be used to the blinding rays and, there, right on the spot where Blame’s operation had taken place, aglow such a giant mushroom-shaped cloud of yellow-white smoke, the upper column of it forming such malice of a face that made his heart drum.
