She’ll glow beautifully in it.’ I beamed appreciatively at him and got out of the car, back onto the pavement.

I diverted my attention back to my son and asked, "Do you want me to peel it for you?" "Yes, please." So, I peeled the orange and then fed him. "How?" "It's sweet." "This kind of orange has a sweet taste." The staff chimed in, making our focus return to him. "Next to this also has a sweet taste, while the tree over there has a slight sourness. But it’s still good, especially for making orange juice. It would give freshness to the taste." He continued with the explanation, referring to the tree on the right and the one after it.

I got up and dragged myself to the kitchen, only to find Beth, Paul, Sarah and Paul's boyfriend, Max gathered around the table. "She's going to wake up soon Max, she's a morning person! Get the fucking Orange Juice!" Paul snapped, pushing him away from the table. Max laughed at Paul's outburst before going to the fridge and pulling out the Simply Orange brand, the only orange juice I would drink.

He lifted it and set it closer, rustling softly as he opened it. “Since you donated blood, I got you some fruits and vegetables. Stuff that should help you recover faster.” He peered into the bag, then back at me, a little unsure. “I didn’t know what you liked, so… I got everything. Hope that’s okay.” My throat tightened immediately I threw a bright smile at him. Can he get anymore sweet? “Orange,” I said quietly. “An orange would be fine.” He nodded and picked one up from the bag then grabbed the knife. As he began peeling I watched him noticing how his movements were careful and precise.

I doubt most of our suppliers would react to the colour change. They are more focused on selling.” That sounded probable, Bane thought. “I want this tested. I want to know why it’s blue and I want to know how it differs from our usual product,” Bane told the man.
